Welcome.
I'm Yoga by Rony and I'll be guiding you through a yoga nidra practice.
Taking your time to lay all the way onto your back into a comfortable laying down position.
Gently closing your eyes as you take a deep inhalation through your nose with an audible exhalation out through your mouth.
Relaxing your shoulders down and back away from your ears as you again inhale through the belly feeling the rise,
The diaphragm with an audible cleansing exhalation letting go of your day.
Now slowly beginning to scan your body starting from the crown of your head imagining a white bright star hovering in between the eyebrows,
The seed of your intuition,
The third eye center.
How slowly drawing that star to the nose,
From the nose down to your lips,
From the lips down to your chin,
From your chin hovering above the throat chakra.
Drawing that white star,
That white light down the right shoulder,
The right bicep,
Right elbow,
The right forearm,
The right wrist,
And through the middle finger just allowing any negative energy,
Any stagnant energy to release out through the middle finger.
Taking a nice deep inhalation through your nose as you exhale out through your mouth.
Now bringing that white star to the left shoulder drawing it down to the left bicep,
The left elbow,
The left forearm,
From the forearm down to the wrist drawing the attention to the middle finger again as you take a nice deep inhalation here through your nose expanding the ribcage wide.
On your exhale releasing any emotions out through the fingers.
Now drawing the attention back to the throat chakra,
From the throat chakra down to the heart chakra drawing that white light to the ribcage feeling the expansiveness of the breath drawing the attention down to the belly,
Belly down to the navel,
From the navel to the sacrum,
From the sacrum down to the right hip bone drawing a white cleansing light from the hip bone down to the femur,
The thigh bone from that thigh bone down to your kneecap.
Nice gentle breath is sent to the right shin bone from the shin bone down to your ankle,
From your ankle out through your toes.
Allowing any emotions to wash out through your right foot,
Releasing it into Mother Earth.
Now again drawing that white light from the left hip bone down the femur,
From the femur and the thigh bone to your left kneecap,
From your left kneecap down to the left shin.
That white star is hovering above the left ankle out through the feet,
Releasing,
Cleansing,
Allowing a white channel of energy to cleanse you from the crown of your head out through the fingertips and down through your feet.
Now from the feet,
Allowing a white light to fill you with gratitude,
With self compassion,
Allowing self love to flood the heart chakra up to the throat chakra speaking your truth up through the third eye center,
Up through the crown of your head allowing you to connect to your higher power,
To source.
Taking a few deep breaths here,
Allowing your body to receive all of the benefits of this Yoga Nidra practice.
Asking yourself what it is that you wish to leave behind on your mat today and how you are stepping forward into the rest of your day.
Filling yourself up so that you can show up as the most powerful and also filling yourself up so that you can give to those who need you from a place of overflow rather than giving from a place of depletion.
Acknowledging yourself for this path that you are on.
May you always have the intuition to see what you need to see.
May you always speak the truth and hear the truth.
May you always be able to give love and receive love.
