In this meditation, I will guide you to travel to the sea with a dolphin. It symbolizes warm, accepting, and loving parental energy that is very important for us. When we have plenty of loving parental energy inside us, we feel safe, happy, talented, and empowered. When we lack this critical energy, we easily lose faith in ourselves, and our mood is unstable. In this guided meditation, you will become familiar with the nurturing parental energy within you, and you will nourish yourself with love.

Hello and welcome to the meditation series with Anastasia.

Today I will guide you to travel to the sea with a dolphin.

The sea with a dolphin symbolizes warm,

Accepting and loving parental energy that is very important for us and our development.

When we have plenty of loving parental energy inside us,

We feel safe,

Happy,

Talented and empowered.

When we lack this critical energy,

We easily lose faith in ourselves and our mood is unstable.

In this guided meditation,

You will become familiar with the nurturing parental energy within you and you will nourish yourself with love and peace.

So let's start.

Please get comfortable.

You can either sit or lie down.

Close your eyes and focus on your breathing.

Breathe in slowly through your nose and breathe out.

Breathe in and out.

Relax your body completely.

Relax your shoulders,

Arms,

Hands and fingers.

Relax your butt,

Your chest,

Belly and hips.

Bring relaxation to your legs and feet.

Relax your whole face.

Relax your eyes,

Cheeks,

Neck,

Ears.

Feel your whole body fully relaxed.

And now see yourself walking along the seashore.

Look around yourself.

Look at the sea.

What color is it?

Is the sun shining?

Maybe you feel the sea smell.

Breathe in deeply,

Absorbing new sensations.

Feel the soft and warm scent under your feet.

Feel the tenderness of the wind that touches your skin.

Look up into the sky.

Take a full deep breath in and breathe out.

And now when your body is relaxed,

Please imagine a dolphin.

It can be any image that your imagination draws or that you have ever seen before.

The image will appear by itself.

Do you see a dolphin?

See what he looks like.

How big is the dolphin?

What color is he?

And how far is the dolphin from you?

Can you hear his voice?

If so,

What is his voice like?

And now see yourself in this image.

What do you look like?

How old are you?

How are you dressed?

What color are your clothes?

Is there something on your feet?

What's under your feet?

Sand or maybe water?

And look at the dolphin one more time.

How far is he from you?

And how do you feel when you see a dolphin?

Do you like him?

Would you like to be closer to him,

Approach him?

Is it possible?

If yes,

Please do so.

You are the master in your image and you can do what you want inside your guided imagery meditation.

And when you get close to the dolphin,

Is it possible to touch him or maybe even hug him?

If possible,

Please do so.

And notice what kind of skin he has.

Is it warm or cold?

And if you do not feel the dolphin is friendly to you,

You can feed him and notice the changes that had hurt in his mood.

Maybe you would like to play with the dolphin or maybe ride the dolphin.

Notice how you feel about playing with him.

What feelings do you have?

Perhaps it's joy,

Happiness,

Freedom.

You can play with him as much as you like.

You can even count down the time.

Perhaps you would like to play with him for a hundred years or a thousand years or maybe for millions of years.

You can do this by counting the time,

Feeling yourself with the healing parental energies you need.

And now I would like to invite you to become the dolphin and to feel everything the way he feels.

Feel your body and your skin as a dolphin.

How do you feel being a dolphin?

What kind of dolphin are you?

What is your mood as a dolphin?

And how do you feel about this human who is playing with you?

Maybe you would like to give this person a present,

A gift?

If yes,

Do it.

Inside your image,

I remind you that you can do whatever you want.

And watch how your image develops.

Follow your inner desires and feelings.

So give this person who is playing with you a gift and notice how the person is feeling about your gift.

And now bring awareness back to yourself in this image and look at the dolphin and at the gift he gave you.

Do you like the gift?

Has anything changed in your mood after you received it?

Has anything changed in your feelings?

Just notice and observe.

Is there anything important now that still needs to happen in your image?

If yes,

Let it happen.

And now we are gradually approaching the end of this guided meditation.

Find a comfortable place in your image to complete the meditation and gradually bring awareness to your body and your senses.

Open your eyes and look at a few things around you.

You can even name them.

You can clench and unclench your hands into fists to come to a state of here and now.
