Hello and welcome to the meditation series with Anastasia.

Today I will guide you through this meditation to your peaceful,

Safe place.

A place of calmness,

Well-being and balance.

Such a peaceful place with stability and unlimited resources exists within each of us.

We only need some guidance on how to get to this place.

You can use this meditation to calm and relax your mind when you are feeling stressed.

Or when you want to relieve the emotional stress that has built up in you during the day.

So,

Let's start our wonderful journey.

Please get comfortable.

You can sit in a supportive chair or lie on your back.

Take a deep inhale and exhale.

And one more time.

Inhale and exhale.

As you exhale,

Close your eyes.

We close our eyes to see better inside.

And we open the inner vision.

As you exhale,

Relax your body.

Starting at the top of your head,

Allow a feeling of relaxation to begin.

Feel the relaxation grow with each breath you take.

Inhale,

Relax your scalp and head.

Exhale,

Let the tension go away even more.

Breathe in relaxation.

Feel your face and ears relax.

Exhale all the tension.

Inhale,

Feeling your neck and shoulders relaxing.

As you exhale,

Let all the muscles of your neck and shoulders release their hold,

Relaxing fully.

Breathe in,

Feeling the relaxation continuing to your arms and hands.

Breathe out all the tension.

Breathe in relaxation,

Allowing your chest and upper back to relax.

Release the tension as you exhale.

Inhale,

Feeling the relaxation flowing through your middle back and your stomach.

Release the muscles of your back and stomach as you breathe out.

As you take another breath,

Feel your lower back relaxing.

And feel the tension leaving as you release the breath.

Breathe in,

Relaxing your hips.

Breathe out,

Relaxing even further.

As you inhale,

Feel your upper legs relaxing.

Let the muscles of your legs completely let go as you breathe out.

Take another breath,

Drawing in relaxation.

All the way down to your feet.

Let your legs go limp as you exhale.

Continue to breathe in relaxation and breathe out tension.

Breathe in relaxation and breathe out tension.

Now you are feeling deeply relaxed.

Deeply relaxed and calm.

And now,

When your body is relaxed,

Please imagine a peaceful place.

Imagine a peaceful place.

It can be any image,

Any place where you feel peaceful and 100% secure.

It can be your place of peace and balance.

It's a place of safety,

Calmness,

Well-being,

Stability and balance.

It's a place of harmony and health.

What would it look like?

What kind of place is it?

Try to see how everything is located there.

Look at the setting of this peaceful place.

What is the weather like?

Is the sun shining there?

What does everything that surrounds you look like?

This is the place where you can breathe deeply and feel absolutely free.

Do you see what's in front of you?

And what is behind you?

What do you see on the left?

What's on the right?

Take a closer look at your peaceful place.

How do you feel in it?

Are you secure enough or something is missing?

Then bring into this image whatever you want,

Everything you want to feel absolutely protected and safe in your peaceful place.

Do you see yourself in this image?

Do you see yourself in your peaceful place?

If yes,

What do you look like?

How old are you?

What are you wearing?

What's on your feet?

See what kind of hair do you have?

What's its color and length?

What is your mood now and how are you feeling?

What sounds are there in your peaceful place?

Pay attention to noises,

Words or maybe silence.

You can move at your own pace if my pace is too fast for you or too slow.

Choose your own pace.

And in your pace,

Feel everything that can be felt in this peaceful place.

In a place of absolute freedom,

Peace,

Stability and safety.

Enjoy the stability and harmony of this place.

For someone,

It's a place of health.

For someone,

It's a place of freedom.

For someone,

It's a place where you can breathe deeply.

This is a place of security and balance.

And this is the place of your well-being.

Stay here as long as you like.

You can even count down a certain number of hours,

Years or even centuries.

To be fully saturated with the energies of stability,

Peace and calmness.

The energies of security and safety,

Stability and well-being.

And now,

Feel your feet,

Feel your hands.

And as you are filled with the energies of safety,

Balance and well-being,

Feel this place as your treasure.

That supports and nourishes you with the necessary resources.

This place helps you cope with the difficulties and challenges in life.

It helps to find balance.

And you can always come back here anytime you want.

And I give you some more time so that you are well saturated with all these peaceful energies.

Bring awareness to the here and now.

Bring awareness to your body.

Take a deep breath in and as you exhale,

Open your eyes.

Stretch your body,

Feel your body.

Look at the few things around and name them.
