Whether your difficulty is physical, emotional, mental or weary all over, there are ways to manage it that are more effective than others. Most of us have learned to deal with difficulty by not facing it in some way, ignoring it or distracting ourselves. This tends to store it up for later, like emotional outbursts we can't explain. In this meditation we acknowledge our pain with kindness, knowing that while that is difficult it is really easier than not, and much more fruitful. We feel the pain and then decide to face the dawn once more. You have my respect for even attempting it, because it takes courage and we rid the world of suffering, one pain at a time. Namaste.
