In this session, we combine Yin and Restorative Yoga to restore health, energy & equilibrium. It may be useful for anyone in need of an immunity boost as well. I'll also be talking about the similarities & differences between the two forms of yoga and through explanation and experience, you’ll feel the benefits of both yourself. Bring lots of props! The poses are Legs up the Wall, Eye of the Needle, Butterfly (Folded and Reclined) and two Reclined Twists - find images of most on my website (see profile). Victoria's Yin Yoga classes are designed to release tension and bring presence to body & mind. Bring a bolster (or pillow), some blocks (or books) and a blanket. Please make sure to listen to your body during the class and if anything doesn’t feel right, come out of the pose and rest. Your body is your responsibility.
