Please gently close your eyes and pay attention to your breath.
Take a deep breath in for four counts.
Hold for four counts.
And release for four counts.
Be still,
Be aware,
And be present.
Notice every inhale,
Every pause,
And every exhale.
Release all the tightness and any tension.
With every inhale,
You breathe deeper into yourself.
And when you exhale,
You exhale everything that you don't need.
Allow each exhalation to release and relax the muscles.
Relax deeper,
Breathe slower.
Melt away the stress and melt into yourself.
When you feel stressed,
Just come back to this meditation.
You can manifest these moments of calm and peace.
You have everything inside you to do so already.
Just come back to your breath.
And come back to yourself.
Please take one more deep breath.
And let go.

Gently open your eyes.
And remember,
This calm is inside you at all times.
