Take a deep breath in and a full breath out.
Just notice anything that is coming up.
Notice any body sensations,
Any thoughts that are going through the mind,
Any emotions that are coming up through the body.
Just become aware.
Bringing your attention back to your breath.
Notice how the air feels when breathing in.
Notice the air when breathing out.
Just let go.
We often are on autopilot from the moment we wake up through the middle of our days to the moments before we sleep.
But now here you are taking this time for yourself to just breathe.
The mind might wander,
Might think of a to-do list,
Plans,
Judgments.
And that's completely normal.
When these circumstances arise,
We just treat them like a passerby.
No need to engage.
No need to start a dialogue.
No need to hold on to them.
And allow them to drift off.
Just let them go.
Your breath is your presence and this presence is in you always.
