Welcome to day one of Awaken the Soul.

Our first exercise will be about grounding and centering.

Find a quiet space,

Sit comfortably and close your eyes.

Begin bringing your attention into your breath.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Hold your breath and as exhaling through your mouth,

Visualize or think about the number three,

Three times.

Our exercise it's an active meditation.

Bring your attention to the top of your head.

In your way begin to sense the energy in the area of the crown which is the entry point and the connector between your body and your energy field and the cosmic energy.

Feel the energy in that space with an intention to release any tensions,

Any pressures.

You slowly move your attention to your eyes,

Releasing any pressures from your eyes.

Slowly move your attention down to your mouth and release any tensions from the muscles around your mouth.

As you become aware of each part,

Consciously release any tightness or discomfort.

Keep moving your attention to the area of your neck,

Your shoulders and your hands and release any pressures,

Any tensions.

Move your attention to the area of your chest,

Allow your chest to open at ease.

Moving to the area of your abdomen and with your mind's eyes,

Begin scanning your internal organs,

Your heart,

Your lungs,

Your kidneys,

Your liver with the intention to release any pressures,

Any tensions from each part,

Allowing your body to relax deeply.

Moving your attention to the area of your back,

The upper part and the lower part,

The base of your spine,

Your legs,

All the way down to your feet.

Feel your body becomes lighter and lighter as the energy flows at ease through you.

Imagine roots extending from the base of your spine,

Reaching deep into the earth,

Anchoring you firmly.

As you breathe in,

Envision energy from the earth rising through these roots,

Filling your body with calm and stability.

With each breath out,

Release any tension or stress.

Gently bring your attention back to your breath.

Allow the breath to be your anchor,

Slowing down your thoughts and calming your mind.

With each inhale,

Bring your attention into that space and the energy that flows through the earth,

Moving up through the roots,

Into your feet,

Your legs,

The base of your spine,

Your abdomen,

Your chest,

Your throat,

Into your head,

Clearing any energy blockages and creating inside of you an expansion,

Allowing clarity,

Allowing healing to flow at ease inside of you.

Take another deep breath in,

Hold your breath and slowly,

Slowly exhale through your mouth.

I will be counting from 1 to 5,

And at 5,

Open your eyes.

1,

2,

3,

4,

Take another deep breath in and exhale with a sigh,

5,

Open your eyes.
