An intriguing journey into the mystical side of meditation. Tying breath not only to the letters of the Hebrew alphabet but eventually to the musical setting worked well for me. (Headphones recommended, btw.)

Note: No clear indication that the meditation is ending, although if you are really working with the music it will be readily apparent.
