Hello,

My name is Lei from Yama Labid and I will be guiding you today through this meditation.

Make sure you are in a place you feel comfortable for this practice.

You can either lay down in savasana or sitting across leg posture,

Whatever you feel most comfortable with.

I will be guiding you through the second posture.

You can use a cushion to elevate your hips and keep your spine erect.

And once you are seated,

Your legs are crossed,

You place your costume.

Bring your shoulders slowly towards your ears and rotate them back and downwards,

Having a feeling of open heart.

Your hands can rest now in your lap.

You can hold your favorite mudra or just keep resting,

Palms facing up.

You are going to be aware of your breath,

Breathing through your nose,

Inhale,

Exhale.

Allow the neck to be long at the back as your chin is slightly in,

Which allows you to keep your spine straight.

Use this time of preparation to feel comfortable into your posture and to add all the adjustment you will need for your practice.

When you are done,

Slowly close your eyes,

Relax your face muscles,

Eyes,

Jaw and bring the awareness to your breath.

Observe your natural breathing flow through your nostrils and slowly make it deeper.

This time,

Dip inhalation together through your nose and exhale through the mouth.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Once more,

Inhale,

Exhale.

Release any tension that is storing your body.

Let's go for the last one,

Inhale through the nose,

Exhale through the mouth and come back to your nose breathing.

Start bringing attention to your body,

Feel the weight of your hips pulling you down to the earth.

That way you feel connected to the mother earth.

Feel the connection with the floor.

You start feeling your head,

Your spine,

Your arms,

They are relaxed,

Your legs.

Take this time to honor your body,

Our temple where we spend our life and sometimes we don't have much,

We don't pay much attention.

This is time to relax all your muscles,

Let go any tension.

Just keep breathing and relax.

Feel the sensations in your skin,

In your hands,

In your head and start listening to the sounds around you.

Just listen,

Don't label them.

You are listening from a point of detachment.

You will listen the sounds of my room,

The sounds where you are now at,

The coordinator of your room.

There is a phrase which I like and says meditation is not about finding silence externally but finding the inner silence within.

Slowly come back to your breath and feel how the fresh air is coming through your nostrils,

Bringing all your awareness to the point where the air enters in your nose and exhales.

If you go a bit deeper,

The air flows through your nose,

To the back of your nose,

Insulating your body,

Inhale,

Bringing your awareness to this point and exhale.

Next step will be the back of your throat.

Air is coming in with the inhalation,

Go to the back of your throat and exhale again through the nostrils.

Observe how the air that is coming is colder than the one that we are pulling out.

Repeat it again.

The air will flow through your nostrils now until it arrives to your lungs and you feel the expansion of your lungs when you bring air inside.

Exhale and repeat again having all your awareness and attention into your lungs,

Into your chest.

Slowly going with the air traveling downwards,

We focus all our attention in our belly,

How with the inhalation our belly expands,

Getting bigger and exhale through the nostrils again.

Repeat breathing,

Sending the air into your belly and finding this expansion.

Feel how your inhalation and exhalation,

They are deeper than before.

You went much deeper and slower feeling relaxed,

Feeling that you are in the present moment here and now.

If there is any thoughts appearing during the practice just let them go,

Don't feel bad for having them.

In our is the first step to let them go and as they come they will leave.

Repeat breathing slowly,

Have a few minutes with yourself.

Now visualize a white column of light that is coming down from the universe through the sky,

Coming down and entering from the top of your head,

From the crown into your body.

This bright white light heals you,

Cleans you and energizes your body.

With every exhalation this light flows deeper,

Coming down from your head into your throat,

Into your chest,

Flowing through your arms,

Hands,

Fingers,

Going down to your solar plexus,

Hold your belly full of light and keep expanding it with every exhalation,

Feeling all your body,

Your hips,

All the way down through your legs to your feet,

Feeling the expansion with every breath.

Now you are full of light,

Of this white healing and cleansing light.

You are a being of light and you are able to recognize it,

The light that is always there within you,

You are at home surrounded by light,

A being of light.

With the next deep exhalation send this light to the earth too,

With love and compassion to our mother earth.

And as you keep breathing this light expands to the air that surrounds you,

Filling your aura of this white healing and cleansing light.

Explore yourself by light.

You are inside of this egg-shaped ball of light,

All light within you and around you.

And breathe here,

Feel how you feel,

Sensations,

How you feel knowing that you are a being of light and you have always been.

Now from the heart chakra in your chest you will visualize a soft pink color lotus flower,

Which starts opening as you bring attention to her.

She irradiates a beautiful pink light from her center,

An altering energy of love and compassion.

Observe how you feel.

And again with every breath you feel the expansion of this light,

This beautiful soft pink color light that is appearing from the center of the lotus.

This light fills your chest,

Your arms,

Your head,

Your belly,

Your legs,

Your full body,

Your aura,

All your being,

You are full and surrendered by this beautiful north wind pink color light of love and compassion.

You are now full of unconditional love and you feel it flowing through you.

Observe how you feel inside of this ball of this loving and nurturing energy.

And feel all this love towards yourself,

All this compassion in every cell of your being.

It thanks yourself for being in this body,

Living this human experience,

Bringing this love to the world and feel the expansion towards others too.

They can see the infinite love you carry on.

Your aura is now full of the loving pink bright color and you feel great extending all this loving energy towards the mother earth and all the beings.

Breathe here,

Breathe this light,

Breathe this energy.

And to finish this practice we will call into the amethyst calling for her protection to her light violet color that they will cover the light of egg that you have created and that you are in.

Feel how this light,

This purple light is all around you protecting you and your energy.

Just covering the egg of light that we just created and it is all over your aura protecting you and your energy now for the rest of your day.

Breathe here knowing that you are protected.

Be aware of the light of being you are.

Keep signing for yourself and the world and bring your unconditional love and light always with you.

Remember with this practice that is always within.

Stay with this peace,

With this healing,

With this loving and protecting light that is flowing through you for a few minutes.

And we remember that this space is always within us.

We just need to connect with ourselves,

With our heart and there is always love,

There is always room for healing,

For compassion and for unconditional love as it is within you.

You are light and unconditional love.

You are a being of light.

And placing your hands together in Namaste bringing them to your third eye,

The Agna Chakra.

And I'm going to chant on three times.

I invite you to chant with me and I would recommend you to feel the sound.

Become the sacred sound of OM while you are chanting.

Feel the vibration and do it on your own peace.

Keeping your hands in Namaste in front of your chest.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Once again.

Exhale.
