We're going to go into a different sort of realm.
We're going to go into the emotional stuff.
So as you start moving,
You can feel sometimes there's a little bit of emotional resistance.
It doesn't feel safe to be so open and free.
So we're going to let it go.
We're going to get into sort of the second layer.
So in my opinion,
She gone.
Is fabulous is that it works on three layers.
The physical,
We just did all that.
And the second layer is the mental,
Right?
You already felt that there was a little bit of a sort of remapping sometimes with the position.
And then there is an emotional level is that by paying so much attention inward,
Sometimes you feel resistance,
Emotional resistance.
Often showed up,
I don't know,
Feel embarrassed to do some silly things or shame,
That's a big one,
Right?
You're just not quite comfortable to be so fluid.
So whatever that is,
It's in your organ.
We're going to let it go out.
So five major negative emotions that we can work with.
In the heart,
When it's negative,
It's injustice,
Hatred,
Cold heart.
In the belly,
The stomach and spleen,
When it's imbalanced,
There's no faith.
It's not grounded,
Sort of anxiety.
There's an anxiety.
That's where it lives.
So liver is where anger lives,
Rage here.
Yes.
Fear is in the kidneys.
Is that five right here?
Thank you.
Grief,
Grief isn't alone.
Okay?
Now it's five.
I'll give you one more for extra credit.
Shame,
Shame is in your perineum,
Is in your back gate,
Okay?
It's in your sexual organ,
A lot of shame.
The real deep stuff goes.
So.
.
.
We can use different sounds to let go of these emotions.
It's the classic six healing sounds.
There's really proper meditation for it.
Or you can use it in different ways,
Which is what we're going to do today.
So instead of going through the whole sequence,
We can pick one emotion at a time.
We're going to pick,
Say,
Grief.
It's going to be in the lungs.
So you just tune into your lungs.
You want to feel the grief.
Feel that heaviness.
Yeah.
So yes,
That's it.
Feel that cold,
Wet.
Happiness.
If you have difficulty accessing your own grief,
Feel the collective.
There's plenty of the grief.
You can feel,
Right?
It's not that hard to find grief.
That's it.
And you're going to feel that gunkiness,
Heaviness in your chest.
And the cell we're going to use is S.
Good.
And you really wanted to give your grief that sound.
So you wanted to use your entire body to let it go.
If your body's starting to wanting to express in any ways,
Help it.
So push it out!
Send it to the ground.
Get your whole body into it.
Start walking.
Maybe you want to twist and turn.
Let the grief go.
Good.
The next is rage.
Feel the rage in your body,
That fire,
That like,
Oh,
And this,
Right?
The sound we're going to use is S-H-E,
Okay?
Grief is to your right side,
A little bit under your ribcage,
And just feel that rage.
Again,
Take a moment,
Right?
Find it in your body.
What does rage feel like?
If you are just so disconnected to your own rage,
Feel the collective.
There's plenty.
Feel the rage.
It's pretty alive,
Right?
Yeah,
Feel it.
And when you're ready,
Let the rage move!
Move it out of you.
Take space.
We have a lot of space here.
Good.
Next is fear.
Fear.
Feel the fear.
In your kidney.
Yes.
What does it feel like?
Is it cold?
Is it crispy?
Is it dark?
Be really visceral about this fear in your body.
Good.
It's cold,
Most likely.
Good.
And if you have a hard time accessing it,
Turn into the collective.
You know what fear feels like.
That's it.
Yes.
Good good and the sound we're gonna give the fear is C H O W Let your fear coming out of you.
It's in the back,
Right?
A lot of giving back to the planet.
That's it.
That's it.
Good.
Good.
Good.
And next is anxiety to the left side of the body,
Stomach and spleen.
And feel what anxiety feels like,
Right?
What's its texture?
It's different.
Is it heavy?
Is it damp?
What is it?
What does that feel like?
Feel what anxiety feels like.
Fluttery.
That's it,
Yeah.
And again,
If you have a hard time accessing your own emotion,
Tune into The Collective.
There's a lot of anxieties around.
That's it.
Feel that zzz-ness.
Good.
The sound we're gonna give is w-h-o.
Whatever feels right to you.
It could be different from person to person,
Day to day.
Brush it out of you.
Good.
Next.
Feel that judgment,
The part of you judges.
Maybe it's judging the self.
Maybe it's saying,
I can't do this.
This is not comfortable.
It's judging this thing right now.
Or maybe it's judging other people.
It's always disconnected.
Judging,
Right?
And or maybe it's that shut downness.
Cold.
Good.
That's it.
Just feel that bit,
Right?
Again,
If you don't do that,
Feel the collective.
There's a lot of that going on.
That's it.
Good.
So that part,
There's nothing wrong to have that part.
It's just really deeply wounded.
So don't judge it.
Don't judge the judger,
Right?
So don't judge that.
And let that part speak.
Let that part.
It's just heartache.
The sound is.
.
.
Let us share this deep,
Deep wound.
Let us speak how much were you hurt?
All that pain,
Let it speak.
You can try different sounds.
If you do this at home,
You can make it really gentle.
Maybe it's that very tender pain.
Maybe it's that secret,
That vulnerability You can do this alone in the forest,
By the beach,
When nobody's watching,
If that makes you feel safer.
And you don't have to do all the sound,
You can just pick one.
Pick any.
And in reality,
You don't even have to pick any of the sounds we use.
If you have an emotion and you don't know how to express,
Go find somewhere that you feel safe.
Just let your body make sound,
Whatever it is.
Anything.
Let that emotion give it a voice.
It doesn't have to be words.
So you can really take it to anywhere you like.
You don't have to stay in the bottom formula.
Make it personal.
It works even better.
So,
Okay,
Good job.
