Welcome to the gratitude practice.

Take a long slow deep breath in.

Gently release that.

Let's do that again.

Long slow deep breath in.

Gently release.

Practicing gratitude is one of the foundational aspects of being human.

Choose three things that you're grateful for right now.

With the sunshine,

The moonlight,

The fact that you're alive,

The planet is still spinning.

Spend a few moments to find three things that you're really grateful for.

Take another deep breath in.

And again.

Choose the first item of gratitude and really think about it.

Think about how amazing that is for your life,

For you,

For your wellbeing.

What does it provide?

Really dive deep.

Roll around in that feeling of gratefulness,

How lucky you are to have that object,

That thing,

That person in your life.

Take another deep breath.

Release.

Let's do that again.

Take a deep breath.

Release.

Choose your second object of gratitude and as before,

Really think about it,

Look at it.

Relation the fact of how awesome that is for you and how grateful you are.

Take a deep breath.

Release.

Now take a deep breath.

And release.

Let's do that again.

Take a deep breath.

And release.

Now onto your third item of gratitude.

Spend some time rolling around in how awesome,

How amazing it is that you have this in your life or that it is around you.

Take a deep breath.

And release.

Take a deep breath.

And release.

We're now going to sit in silence for a few minutes and let that gratitude sink in.

Keep following your breath.

Release.

We'll do that again.

Take a deep breath.

And release.

Let's do that again.

Take a deep breath.

And release.

Regrettitude or a gratitude practice is one of the most underrated and one of the most important things that human beings can practice.

It helps an individual to enjoy those things around them.

It assists with individual's growth and development and brings true happiness.

Being grateful for what you have is also very important as a society and as a planet that we are all grateful for what we have.

Thank you for listening to my 10 minute credit practice.

Have an amazing day.

Great, calming voice and a nice pace to the meditation. Especially liked the silence at the end.
