Good morning.
May this meditation set a positive intention for the day.
With eyes closed and in a place where you can fully relax,
Take a deep breath in and breathe out slowly.
Once more,
Breathe in and breathe out.
As you breathe out,
Begin to release and relax,
Moving your shoulders down and away from your ears.
Scan your body now and notice any tender areas,
Whether physical,
Emotional,
Or spiritual.
Begin at the crown of your head,
And move down through your scalp,
Face,
Neck and shoulders,
Arms and chest,
Stomach and back,
Hips,
Legs,
And feet.
Breathe in to any tender places,
And breathe out.
The poet Rumi says,
The wound is the place where the light enters you.
Begin to visualize a small circle of warm golden light at your heart space.
Feel warm waves of healing radiating out from the small circle of light.
Feel the warm golden light spread gradually throughout your body,
Filling your chest and core,
Arms,
Hands,
Neck and shoulders,
Head,
And down into your legs and feet.
May you experience your entire body now filled with warm,
Positive,
Healing energy,
Your sunrise within.
May you feel yourself now connecting and aligning with your ultimate source in a healing embrace of universal love.
Now,
Consider what is your intention for the day.
May you envision your day designed by your own authentic heart.
May you see yourself gracefully fulfilling your intention,
Living into the truest version of yourself.
In gratitude for this new day,
May you experience abundant blessings showering down upon you in this very moment.
Now,
Begin to welcome movement back into your body.
Stretch whatever needs stretching,
And let your eyes blink open.
