In collaboration with Christopher Ifeloluwa, Rhythmic Serenity respects the traditional hierarchy of the drums to help you find your center. The journey is led by the Gangan (talking drum), which creates a steady pulse. It is followed by the Omele Gangan Itele, providing a deep, rooting bass, while the Shekere offers a melodic call to guide your focus. For a wandering mind, this specific order of sounds acts as a mechanical anchor. What might initially seem like "noise" is actually a structured tool designed to catch your thoughts and hold them in the present. By leaning into the repetition of the lead drums and the bright call of the Shekere, you can quiet your internal chatter and find a clear, grounded path to mental peace.
