Healing Drums 25 - Traditional Yoruba Nigeria

This healing music is inspired by traditional African Yoruba drumming. This percussion composition is centered on the Bata drum, which is a conical-shaped ceremonious mother drum of the highest rank in the Bata ensemble, that originated from Oyo (Yoruba) of western Nigeria. It is named after its inventor, Bata, a virtuoso drummer. Drums trigger emotions. An experienced drummer can use this connection to make people feel better. This is our humble attempt to bring this knowledge to you.
