My name is Mei and today we're going to use affirmations designed to help open your mind and heart to be filled with the light of positive radiant energy and to enhance your mood to embody feelings of abundance and appreciation.

Allow these affirmations to take generous space in your mind.

Breathe them in fully and hold them close to your heart throughout the day.

Let's now allow the body to settle in and take a comfortable position in any way that feels supportive for your own body.

You can gently close down the eyes and start slowing down your breath.

We can allow the shoulders to soften and relax the jaw as we take a deep breath in,

Holding at the top for just a moment and then slowly exhaling.

Continue breathing in your own natural rhythm.

We're going to open the mental door now to welcome in the radiant energy of this beautiful day.

Repeat these affirmations and your mind are out loud.
