You can soften your shoulders,
Relax your jaw and forehead and gently invite your eyes to close.
Take a big deep breath in and a big deep breath out.
Continue breathing slowly in a rhythm that feels comfortable for you.
To bring forth the feelings of hope and positivity,
We're going to connect with the essence of what it feels like to embody pure satisfaction with the process of living.
We'll do this by traveling back through your memory bank and highlighting a few key moments that brought you pure peace and happiness.
The first memory that I want you to bring forth to the front of your mind is a scene where you're fully enjoying connecting with another person.
Paint the picture in your mind of being there with them,
Enjoying the energy exchange between the two of you,
The happiness that you can see lit up on their face,
The feeling of love for this person.
Capture the essence of this feeling and hold it warmly in your heart.
Sink deeply into this memory.
The next memory that I want you to hold vividly in your mind is a moment where you were in awe and wonderment with the beauty of nature.
Remember the colors of the environment that surrounded you,
The richness of the plants,
Water,
Or earth that you touched,
The fresh air that filled your lungs,
And the appreciation that you held in your heart to live on this beautiful earth.
Sit in the serenity of the scene,
The perfect harmony of elements that Mother Nature had crafted for your pure enjoyment to experience.
The final memory that I want you to cherish in your mind is a simple moment of joy,
A moment where it was the little things in your life that were powerful in filling your mind and body with peace.
This could be a moment of enjoying your favorite meal or delighted when your commute was filled with green lights or even the simple bliss of finally cuddling into your warm,
Cozy bed after a long day.
Rest in the happiness found from these simple treasures that get sprinkled in from time to time.
How wonderful is it that we get to enjoy a state of pure happiness from these little moments?
They may be quick in time but long-lasting in the positive feelings that they cultivate.
Savor the beauty that is found within these memories.
Let them wash over your whole body.

Take a look back at the beginning of those days where the memories were made.
They might have started out pretty normal and mundane.
There might have been other things in your life that weren't as pleasant to experience.
There might have been traffic or uncomfortable conversations or heavy workload.
Yet,
Despite the space that these experiences took up,
There was still room for that beautiful memory to surprise you with its joyful essence.
Remember that we never really know when we're going to experience our next happiest memory.
It is even within the next hours of this day,
The next minutes of this day,
Where we can be on the edge the moment right before we are pleasantly surprised to be embodying the fullness of happiness.
It is usually an unpredictable combination of the different senses and feelings of the moment,
The sights,
Smells,
And sensations that surround you when you're present in that moment of pure joy.
It is this beautiful and perfect mixture of sensations that bring forth an energy of pure bliss and an appreciation to be the one living through it all.
Today I invite you to put up a mental welcome sign,
A shining beacon of light for the next best memories of your life to come rushing to you.
Each new day brings forth the opportunity for these kinds of beautiful memories to take center stage in your mind.
