So just letting yourself settle in,
Letting the body relax,
Let yourself be fully supported on the surface beneath you and behind you,
Let yourself just kind of let go,
Letting the awareness find your breath,
That knowingness that for right now your only job is to simply breathe,
To be where you are and to feel whatever you feel without judgment or expectation or right or wrong,
That you can always come back to your breath in any moment it feels heavy or confusing overwhelming,
There's this beautiful pathway that the breath makes for you back to yourself.
So as you breathe you can soften the face,
The ears,
The head,
The thinking mind and relax the shoulders and the arms and the hands and the chest,
Let everything ease into place,
Relaxing the belly,
The ribcage,
Let yourself unwind from any tension or effort,
You are safe,
Settling into your seat with relaxation across the hips and the back body and down the legs and in this moment you are completely free,
Free of expectation,
Free of needing to be in the light or the darkness,
Good or bad,
Right or wrong,
You have this permission to feel the entirety of your human experience,
Things will pass through your mind and pass through your heart and some will feel light and some will feel heavy and all of it is the beauty of life and in this moment you have the full support of you and I and the full support of all of your guides that are always with you on this path.
So as you simply receive that support you can move into that feminine energy,
A place within you that knows only peace and only ease,
Even when there's chaos,
Even in confusion,
Even when the world is too dark and cold to bear,
There exists a space within you that is full of light,
That knows only love,
That reminds you that no matter what's happening,
No matter what experience is temporarily present,
You are love itself,
The great transformer,
The truth of life loves who you are.
That does not mean that life will not feel immensely heavy in moments or you will not look around and see only darkness but what you don't see in those moments is that you are the light that shines through,
You are the love that pierces the illusion,
You are the center of truth that everyone else is seeking,
Just in who you are,
Even when you are alone in a dark room,
You are the answer,
You are your own calling,
You are the why.
So let it be,
No matter what experience is here,
No matter what's happening within or around you,
When you are submerged in chaos or blooming through the light,

Trust who you are and when it gets too heavy for you to carry,

Perfect flow,
Even when you can't even see one step ahead of you,
Even when it's just you,
There is a space within you that knows the way,
There is a support team of angels always clapping for you and in the very moment you need help,
Help will come because life needs you,
Your angels need you,
The future of humanity relies on your very calling,
So no matter what experience comes,
Your darkness and in light,
Stay close to the breath,
Stay close to that space within you that is loved,
Embodied and trust your light,
The calling is yours for a reason,
