This track is me sharing experience and wisdom that I have acquired on my path. I share personal experiences because I believe story telling is a powerful healing tool and believe we can learn a lot more than we realize from one another. The teacher is within us and all around us. I hope this track provides you with something to reflect on and potentially use moving forward.
