This meditation will help you release any fears that you are holding onto.

You can do this sitting in any comfortable position that you like,

And your hands can be either by your side or in your lap,

Whatever works best for you.

I do ask that you not cross them over your chest or cross them really in any way because that will cut off the flow of the energy.

And when you're ready,

Let's close your eyes.

We'll take a deep breath in and exhale.

I want you to take one hand and place it on your stomach,

And as you breathe in,

I want you to feel your stomach expand,

And as you exhale,

Feel it get smaller.

And exhale.

And inhale.

And exhale.

Now on your next inhale,

I want you to think about breathing in peace and contentment.

And on your next exhale,

I want you to breathe out fear and anxiety.

And breathe in.

Peace and contentment.

Exhale.

Fear and anxiety.

And if it helps you,

You can add a visual to that.

So once you're inhaling the peace and contentment,

Imagine beautiful white light coming into your mouth and your nose and down into your lungs and filling up to expand through your whole body.

And as you're exhaling,

Imagine gray,

Black,

Dirty smoke exhaling out your mouth,

Leaving your body,

Making room for more of that lovely white light to come in and take the space in your body.

And keep breathing.

Inhale.

And exhale.

And inhale.

And exhale.

And continue to do that breathing pattern,

Inhaling and exhaling.

Inhale clean,

White,

Beautiful healing smoke,

And exhaling the black,

Dirty,

Unhelpful fear,

Anxiety.

And do this as many times a day as you need,

As often as you would like to handle any fears that come up.

When you're ready,

You may open your eyes and continue through your day feeling more relaxed and at ease.

Quite well done. A bit abrupt at the end, but I was ready so it wasn't a terribly big deal to me. I needed something just like this right now. Thank you for sharing this with me and the world. I see the light in you. 🀲❀️🀲
