Full moons are all about abundance.
Celebrating and giving thanks for what you have while making room for even more.
As we begin this meditation,
Focus on your breathing.
Slow and steady as you can.
Everyone breathes at different rates,
So if you need to go slower or faster than my prompts,
That's okay.
Breathe in nourishing air.
And breathe out thanks to the trees and sky for providing air.
Breathe in blessings that surround you unseen.
And breathe out gratitude to the divine for supplying all you need.
Breathe in water vapor hidden in the air.
Breathe out blessings for the rivers,
Lakes,
Streams,
And sky who provide water.
Breathe in.
Feel abundance from nature and the divine flowing through your body.
Breathe out.
Feel yourself relax into the peace of knowing you are supported.
Breathe in.
Feel abundance enter every cell.
It tingles in your pores.
Breathe out.
Feel your muscles relax knowing all is well.
Breathe in.
Continue to breathe in and out holding this space for as long as you would like.
When you're ready,
Slowly begin to bring awareness back to your body.
Move your fingers and toes.
Roll your shoulders.
Wiggle your legs and hips.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
And remember that you can return to this space whenever you need.
