Allow your body to settle in to your position.

Allow yourself to get 5% more comfortable.

Maybe release some tension in your shoulders.

Now you're going to focus your awareness on your breath.

We're going to take three cleansing breaths in,

And out,

In,

And out,

In,

And out,

In,

And out.

Now we're going to focus our attention on a simple mantra we're going to repeat back to ourselves on the in-breath and on the out-breath.

Breathing in,

I calm my mind.

Breathing out,

I am peace.

Breathing in,

I calm my mind.

Breathing out,

I am peace.

Breathing in,

I calm my mind.

Breathing out,

I am peace.

And allowing ourselves to settle in to the breath as an anchor,

The moments in our day where we may have more of a choppy mind,

Or scattered,

Or even have a bit of a brain fog.

We know we could come back to the breath as an anchor,

A place where we could center our attention and allow our mind to calm by simply repeating,

Breathing in,

I calm my mind.

Breathing out,

I am peace.

Breathing in,

I calm my mind.

Breathing out,

I am peace.

Breathing in,

I calm my mind.

Breathing out,

I am peace.
