It means being gentle with yourself,
Acknowledging that you care doing your best rather than punishing yourself for imperfections and failures.
Tell yourself that you care and that you are ready to begin being kind and gentle with yourself.
Choosing self-kindness over self-judgment is a good advice,
Since our human condition is tired of being criticized and considered a low performer.
What we need now is to talk positively to ourselves having a loving feeling about yourself.
We must discover and realize that the suffering,
The pain and the imperfections are part of the human experience.
But imperfection is a human condition we cannot escape,
So we need to be self-compassionate,
Since we are not the only ones who make mistakes and feel the pain of our existence.
The advice now is our personal strength is the foundation of our present moment.
It encompasses the way we act and what we do best.
We perceive our position by the way we see ourselves.
Others perceive our position by the way they see us.
The perception is indeed the reality.
So if we change ourselves with positive real actions,
We have the positive feedback creating a new position for success.
Our life position is determined by what we do with the strengths we have,
Taking advantage and planning and doing deeds that take force and movement from such strengths.
We need action,
We need the continuity of the inertial habits,
The continuity of our actions,
The continuity of small success that strengthens our daily position.
Our present moment is then determined by the actions we execute today,
Every day and minute of our life,
Using such strengths we are developing.
Of course,
Your areas of brilliance are there since ever.
But our strong position gives us the movement and cadence towards stability and alignment in our purpose in life.
But also we need to start making the right choices.
Why?
Because a decision is intellectually determined based upon past considerations.
Excellence is a selection made after consideration that is reflective to your heartfelt desires and your authentic wishes.
Usually we ponder pros and cons of certain arguments against an action when we decide on something.
But a choice,
However,
Takes all those pros and cons into account.
But once all the information is examined,
It allows for intuitive leaps,
Heartfelt moves and creative alternatives that might not have been suggested by mere factual analysis and simple deductive reasoning.
Decisions are reasonable choices,
While including logic are not based solely in reasons.

The only way to realize enlightenment is to accept current circumstances of your life at this moment.

Interacting with your life as exactly it is without making yourself wrong or right for what you discover in the way to self-realization.
Resistance to the circumstances of your life perpetuates dissatisfaction and generates pain.
Awareness is a state of being,
Not doing.
The proposal is to become aware of the behavior pattern of our life.
The simple observation of such pattern is enough to transform it.
If you do something to change the pattern,
It will perpetuate it.
Awareness includes doing what is needed and wanted.
Your actions become a authentic expression of your true self rather than the execution of something you have decided to do in an attempt to do a better you.
Some insights to analyze are,
What are you resisting?
Which are your self-critical thoughts?
Which areas of brilliance can compete with such negative outlook?
Which new choices can you implement now?
