Visualize this beautiful orange warmth filling that second sacral chakra just below your navel, Orange light emanating forth, Harmonizing, Healing, Bringing into balance your glands, Adrenals, Reproductive organs, Bowels and immune system, Awash with a sense of well-being within the flow, Flowing like water, Replenishing. Supporting this sense of well-being intuitively flowing within yourself, Flowing with the acceptance of self and others, Flowing into new experiences, Emotions in flow, Feelings flow. Allowing yourself to feel what is current and then letting it go, Letting go of the old. Enforming in the new energies, Opening up to creativity, Insights, Observations, Colors, Ideas, Shapes, Forms, So much more accessible and in the flow now.
