Chakra Alignment

Take a healing journey through your chakras. The resonance of "Om" begins and ends this meditation as ancient Solfeggio frequencies connect with each chakra. Understanding the nature of each chakra helps you to be able to center within yourself.

Hello and welcome.

So here we are,

Ready for a rest,

A reset,

Settling down,

Getting comfortable,

Coming into our bodies,

Breathing.

Worries drift away,

There is only the next full breath,

Like waves in the ocean,

Flowing one after another,

Breath of life,

Breath of golden sparkles,

Passing through amorphous skin.

Light energy passing from inside out,

Outside in,

Cells diffusing,

Body melting.

Our spirit energy existing beyond where we previously thought the boundaries of our bodies were,

Expanding into the beyond body space,

Spaciousness,

Drifting away into the nothingness.

In this connective,

Open state,

Perceptions are more expansive,

Expanding beyond the small,

Expanding into the everything,

Connection,

Spirit,

Home,

And so it is.

And so it is that we begin the cleansing and balancing of our chakras.

And here we are,

Starting at the root,

At the beginning,

Our first chakra,

Deep in our bones,

At the base of the spine.

A brilliantly deep red,

A red so deep and true,

Our foundation,

Grounding into the earth,

Drawing up its energies,

Feeling nourished,

Feeling the flow of your circulatory system,

Flowing into your arms,

Legs,

Spine,

Tingling with life energies,

Inflammation calming,

Releasing negativities,

Drawing in fresh energy,

Vibrating with aliveness.

You are a being of nature,

So natural to just be,

Grounding into the earth,

A sense of belonging,

A part of all that is,

Was,

And ever shall be.

Trusting in your security,

Your place in the world,

You are safe.

Trusting opportunities,

Doors opening,

Developing your calling,

The flow of money,

Having not only what you need,

But overflowing with resources.

Freedom to live your truth,

Your calling,

Freedom to thrive,

To be empowered,

Expanding beyond old boundaries,

Expansion without boundaries,

Unlimited everything.

Growing,

Manifesting,

Shining your magnificent red light,

Strength,

Confident everything will work out as it is meant to.

Faith in the divine unfolding,

Faith in this deeply rooted connection,

Rooted into the earth,

Recycling energies,

Energy rebirthed,

Rebirthing you into all you can be.

All you can imagine being,

Feeling your spirit energies lifting up,

Sending forth this brilliant red,

And so it is.

And here we are,

These red tendrils of light,

Weaving,

Interlacing,

Shift into dancing licks of brilliantly warm orange light,

Visualize this beautiful orange warmth filling that second sacral chakra,

Just below your navel,

Orange light emanating forth,

Harmonizing,

Healing,

Bringing into balance your glands,

Adrenals,

Reproductive organs,

Bowels and immune system,

Awash with a sense of well-being in the flow,

Flowing like water,

Replenishing.

Feeling this sense of well-being intuitively flowing within yourself,

Flowing with the acceptance of self and others,

Flowing into new experiences,

Emotions in flow,

Feelings flow.

Letting yourself to feel what is current and then letting it go,

Letting go of the old,

Welcoming in the new energies,

Opening up to creativity,

Insights,

Observations,

Colors,

Ideas,

Shapes,

Forms,

So much more accessible and in the flow now,

Allowing for pleasure,

Allowing sensuality,

Allowing for what is natural.

No inhibitions,

No judgment,

Thriving,

Experiencing,

Overflowing with abundance,

Stepping up and into creating,

Creating your life and so it is.

And here we are from this warm,

Sultry,

Orange light of summer,

Yellow rays of sunshine break through the horizon,

Rays of warm yellow light spiraling up your third chakra,

Shining forth from your solar plexus,

Upper abdomen and stomach area,

Healing,

Balancing your central nervous system,

Pancreas,

Liver,

Digestive tract and skin,

Harmonizing,

Strengthening,

Aligning.

Seeing your sunshine spirit unfettered by self-doubt,

Self-confidence soaring,

Leading with self-worth,

Self-acceptance,

Not being dependent on external validation,

Your will of inner wisdom shining,

Channeling your true calling,

Harnessing what you are meant to do,

To be all that you were meant to be.

Reflect,

Creative thinking,

Mental activities clear,

Ability to channel your highest self,

Being in control of your life.

Light creating more light,

The shadows being released,

Releasing the untruths,

Cleansing your energies.

Unlimited personal power in the light of sunshine,

Manifesting unlimited opportunities,

Limitless manifestation,

Fulfillment,

Satisfaction.

Mixing with the confidence,

The confidence that you are meant to share your gifts,

To elevate yourself,

Elevate humanity,

To shine that beautiful golden light,

The light of your spirit,

The sunshine light.

To be all that you can be at the right time,

In the right way,

That we continue to elevate,

To rise up,

To keep opening into greater expansion.

And so it is.

And here we are,

Warmed by that beautiful sunshine,

Relaxing you,

Opening to love,

Opening your heart,

The fourth chakra,

Shimmering emerald green light.

A limelight of love emanating from the center of your chest above your heart,

Green,

The light of nature,

Fresh and pure.

Wanting to be loved is so natural,

A human need.

Allowing your heart to open,

Loving ourselves,

Allowing love in,

To be gentle,

To be kind,

To have faith that we are lovable,

Loving,

Deserving of love.

Having compassion for what it is to be human,

We see that trying our best really is good enough.

Lessons,

Learning,

All expansion to the next level.

As we inhale in more life,

More love,

More oxygen,

To feel being our authentic selves,

The courage to be vulnerable,

To see the fears we have of being hurt,

To acknowledge and release it.

To choose love,

The heartbeat of life,

The ultimate connector.

Feeling the wounded parts,

Our tender,

Frightened,

Overwhelmed parts,

Parts hidden in the shadows.

Frying these thoughts,

Seeing them as birds,

Insects and butterflies flying away,

Flying away from the cage of fear and judgment,

Released out into the universe.

Inviting joy,

Inner peace,

Self-acceptance,

Everything will be okay.

You are listening,

Trusting yourself,

Trusting others with love,

Allowing in the love of others,

Reflecting love to those around you.

Sharing your heart,

Thoughtfully listening to the stories of what it means to be human.

You are not alone,

You are loved,

Deserving of compassion,

Forgiveness,

Kindness.

Your heart so full of love,

Gently singing love to yourself,

Singing into the emerald green limelight.

And so it is.

And here we are,

Singing into a bright blue,

A bright light sky blue,

Your fifth chakra,

A beacon of brilliant blue shining from your throat,

Giving voice to your inner world,

Expressing your thyroid and respiratory system,

Optimizing body functions.

A happy heart sings,

Wanting to communicate love,

Ideas,

Inspirations,

Your throat chakra singing light and song,

Singing through this azure sky.

Clear communications,

Free of fear,

Free to be free,

To speak your deepest truths,

Not only to others,

But most especially to yourself,

Your internal dialogue and landscape.

Do false internal stories and words muddy the clear,

Interrupt true flow.

Take a nice full breath through your nose.

Hold and let the pressure build for a big release.

See them drift away.

As they release and let go,

There is more spaciousness,

More space to be filled,

Space for easy communication,

To communicate clearly your ever evolving life song,

To sing its beauty loud and strong,

Soft and gentle,

To laugh,

To cry,

To be real,

To be flawed.

Your best is good enough and that's okay.

Releasing what inhibits full self expression,

Unleashing creativities,

Vocalizing your truth,

Breathing it into existence.

Singing your song,

Aligning it with action,

Manifesting into reality.

Happiness,

Joy,

Fulfillment,

Satisfaction,

Contentment,

Communication of truth,

Your truth,

And so it is.

And here we are,

Continuing the journey upward,

Sensing a deep sleepy blue,

Unfurling indigo,

The deepest of blues,

Our third eye opening,

Emanating this mysteriously shifting blue light,

This strong,

Powerful,

Warm blue shining forth,

The sixth chakra between our earthly eyes and forehead,

Balancing the pituitary glands,

Sinuses,

Clearing our eyes,

Opening up consciousness,

Your inner sense of knowing,

More connected,

Inner wisdom aligning,

Balance,

Equilibrium,

At home in the special spirit place within yourself.

Intuition,

Images,

Perceptions,

Perceiving thoughts and feelings outside the box,

Awareness,

Ability to focus,

To focus on the clear,

Free from judgment,

Free from societal norms,

Free from shoulds and supposed tos,

The spiritual landscape without boundaries,

Patience,

Things happening at the right time and space,

Opening into the limitless more,

To see the whole picture,

Your sense of purpose,

Your direction in life,

Your calling,

Seeing it all coming together,

Trusting in the path,

In the working out,

The deeper knowing that you are always connected.

Every breath moving you forward,

Toward the higher path,

Releasing conflict.

The mind is soft,

Open,

Drifting away to make space for more light,

More depth,

A tapestry of rich blues.

Our body does not just house our spirit,

Rather our bodies exist within the spirit,

Surrounded by light,

Comforting,

Warm,

Eternally connected to the higher planes,

The life force from the beginning,

Home,

And so it is.

And here we are.

From the spiritual home,

We continue the expansive journey upward,

Feeling an aliveness,

A radiating violet light,

Breathing in this violet light of enlightenment,

The seventh chakra,

A brilliantly scintillating violet shining from the crown of your head,

Bringing balance to the pineal gland,

Brain,

Nervous system,

Skin and fascia.

Seeing this soothing light expanding one's consciousness,

Oneness,

Opening into the spiritual,

Drifting brain waves,

Waves of relaxation,

Transporting into an elevated place,

Connecting with the divine,

A great force loving you,

Loving yourself.

So comforting to know that you are love,

Hurt,

Loneliness,

Isolation,

Overwhelm,

Those old energies moving through and past your amorphous body,

Dissolving into the mists of violet light,

Seeing this beautiful light filling you up,

Transmuting pain,

Discomfort,

Healing our systems.

To be at peace within,

Soothing,

Calm inner peace,

Soothing the nervous system,

Our minds,

Our glands,

Regulating into healthy flow.

Reassured with deep knowing,

The knowing of self,

Seemingly separate on the surface,

But bound in the eternal,

The woven together fabric of humanity,

The human family,

Connecting through the bridge of light,

The light into something more,

More than what we have previously perceived as reality.

A sense of elevating,

A place of higher vibrations,

A space always available to us when we remember to slow down,

To breathe.

Welcoming a forgotten friend,

Our good friend,

Our best friend,

Ourselves.

Our higher self always wants to take our hand and comfort us,

Comforting with forgiveness and acceptance,

Comforting with compassion,

The compassion for being human,

For being perfectly imperfect.

To trust,

To have faith,

To be happy,

You are seen,

You are not alone.

We are connected through the pulse of all living things,

The continuum.

All that is,

Was,

And ever shall be,

A world without end.

And so it is.

And here we are.

This journey through our chakras,

Through ourselves,

The releasing,

Cleansing,

Balancing,

Connecting,

Can always be with you when we can remember to slow down,

To breathe.

To welcome our dear friend,

Which is ourselves,

Welcoming them home,

A home that nourishes,

Forgives,

Loves.

Just as we would cleanse our bodies after a long day,

So our spirit needs to be cleansed from the complexities of life.

Our chakras balanced.

You are a being of light first and foremost,

A being of light inhabiting a body.

You are so much more than you think.

You are everything and everything is you.

Regrouped,

Reset,

Refocused,

Slowly coming back into our bodies,

Preparing to step back onto the stage of life,

To live with more illumination,

To shine your spotlight of spirit,

Refilling,

Refueling,

Shining more brightly every time you plug in.

Moving into the connection of interconnectedness,

Interconnectedness into the continuum.

As we slowly open our eyes,

Feeling the space around you,

Your body presence in that space,

Making this centered,

Cleansed energy with you,

Ready to shine more deeply,

Sharing your beautiful spirit with yourself and those around you with blessings.
