Have you ever noticed how exhausting it is when your mind gets caught in an endless loop of overthinking?
You have a choice to make or a direction to choose.
And suddenly the intellect goes into overdrive.
It creates pros and cons lists.
Runs worst case scenarios,
Tries to predict the future,
And asks a hundred different what ifs.
We leave so much of our lives up here in our heads.
Relying almost exclusively on thought to keep us safe and navigate the world.
It makes total sense why we do this.
The mind is a brilliant survival mechanism.
It is designed to analyze,
Calculate and look out for danger.
But when our heart space is closed.
When we are carrying old wounds,
Resentment or fear,
We stop listening to the body altogether.
We let the noisy,
Anxious voice of the mind take total control of our choices.
The challenge is that the mind often operates from fear and logic alone.
It seeks safety over alignment and comfort over growth.
When you do the quiet work of softening your heart,
Releasing those heavy burdens we've been exploring,
You begin to reconnect with a very different kind of intelligence.
You tap into your intuition.
Intuition isn't something mystical or out of reach.
In somatic and non-dual practice,
Intuition is simply the quiet,
Natural wisdom of your body.
It doesn't shout.
It doesn't loop in anxious arguments.
It never tries to force or convince you of anything.
Your heart speaks through clear,
Subtle,
Physical signs.
When something is aligned and write for you the chest space view spacious,
Open and light.
When something crosses your boundaries or feels misaligned,
The body naturally contracts,
Feels heavy,
Tight or constricted.
Your mind can easily get confused by external opinions,
Expectations and fear.
But your heart space,
I always know what is true for you in the present moment.
Today is about dropping down from the noisy in the head into the quiet clarity of the body.
Learning to recognize and trust your heart's inner compass.
So now let's do this meditation for quiet moment together.
Without needing to change your posture or sit in any special way.
Just allow your body to settle right where you are.
Let your jaw and clench.
Let your eyes softly close or rest.
Take a moment to feel the physical support beneath you.
The weight of your body resting comfortably.
Against the seat or the floor.
Gently bring your right hand to rest flat against the center of your chest.
Feel the gentle rise and fall of your hand with every natural breath you take.
Imagine your awareness moving downwards.
Away from the thoughts in your head.
Settling deep into the quiet space right beneath your palm.
Now bring to mind something simple in your life.
That brings you genuine peace,
Joy or love.
A trusted friend.
Quiet spot in nature.
Or a beloved pet.
Hold that feeling.
Notice the physical sensation under your hand.
You might feel a subtle warmth,
A softening or an expansion.
This lightness is what your body naturally Yes,
Feels like.
Now let that image fade away completely,
Returning to a neo-neutral space.
Silently repeat these words in your mind.
Letting their quiet truth anchor in your chest.
I give myself permission to quiet the noise.
My body holds a deep and natural wisdom.
I am learning to trust my inner guide.
Take a deep,
Slow breath into the space under your hand and as you release the breath,
Let your arm relax back down.
Thank you for taking the time to tune in so deeply today.
Learning to trust your intuition is a practice of listening to the subtle rather than the loud.
Whenever you feel overwhelmed by decisions or overthinking,
Just take five seconds to place your hand on your chest,
Take a deep breath and ask yourself what feels expensive.
Now just rest well.
And I see you soon.
Thank you very much.
