A short powerful guided meditation to manifest. Create and experience the vibration of already having and enjoying your desire. The universe will then rush in to manifest (create) in reality what matches this vibration that you are now experiencing. The vibration of your dreams and desires. Do two additional things to supercharge this meditation. First, take some baby steps toward your dream. Be easy. Then, let Grace do the rest. Second, write down your vision and/or create a vision board.

Hello,

This is William Cooper.

Welcome to Awakening Together,

Relaxing into Happiness.

How are you doing today?

I trust well.

Today,

Let's do a short but powerful meditation for manifestation.

I'll guide you through this one and then you can do it anytime you'd like on your own.

Since you're going to be relaxing deeply and focusing,

Please be in a place where you're safe.

You can relax.

You can let go.

You can be sitting down or lying down.

Okay.

Take a deep breath and begin to relax all the way from the top of your head down through the tips of your toes.

Feel yourself letting go.

And as you let go,

So often tension is stored in our muscles.

So,

I'd like you to release a bit of that tension today by tensing up every muscle in your body,

Making it tighter,

Tighter,

Tighter,

Tight,

Tight,

Tight,

And let go.

Feel how good that feels.

And let's do it again.

Tense up every muscle in your body all the way from the tips of your toes to the top of your head and tight,

Tight,

Tight,

And let go.

Release.

And feel how good that feels.

And as you relax deeper and deeper,

Be open to letting every muscle in the top of your head relax,

Release,

Let go.

And that relaxation moving down through your forehead,

Down through your eyes.

Your eyes work quite hard.

So,

Let them rest and relax.

And all the muscles in your face,

Your jaw,

Let them relax,

Release,

And let go.

Down through your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your upper arms,

Forearms,

And hands.

Let your fingers relax so deeply.

And the palms of your hands,

Let them release,

Relax,

And let go.

Feel how good that feels.

And down through your chest,

Your stomach,

Let your stomach relax,

Release,

And let go.

Your hips,

Your thighs,

Your knees.

Feel relaxation flowing through your knees,

Down through your calves,

Your ankles,

And all the muscles in your feet.

Release,

Relax,

And let go.

And now as you relax deeper and deeper and deeper,

Let's focus on something nice.

If you could pick one thing today that you would really like to see in your life,

What would that be?

And now I'd like you to imagine what it would feel like to already have that experience,

That thing or that experience in your life.

Without figuring out how to get it,

Just imagine what would it feel like to already have it and feel how good that would feel.

And begin to soak that up.

Soak up that good feeling,

Already having that experience.

Imagine your life from the perspective of already having accomplished or having that experience manifest in your life somehow.

It's already there.

What would that feel like?

How does that feel?

Soak it up.

Look at life and feel how good it feels to have this thing that you've always wanted or that you want now in your life,

Fully and completely.

And since it feels so good,

Is it okay for you to just soak this up and to enjoy this energy for some time?

Why not?

Please do.

Because as you take this energy into the world,

The Universe will rush to match this vibration that you're now experiencing.

Let the Universe work to bring you your desire.

Wonderful.

So,

In a few moments,

I'm going to count from zero on up to five.

At five,

You can feel rested,

Refreshed and alert and you can take this good feeling with you.

Beginning to count.

Zero,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five.

Rested,

Refreshed,

Relaxed and with your eyes open,

Alert,

Taking this great feeling with you.

Okay.

Enjoy your day.
