I found this to be such a peaceful and beautiful meditation. It was wonderful breathing in the glorious white light and attaching that to anything negative in my body and then releasing that. I also loved filling my heart space with my own color which happened to be purple with beautiful white bright flecks. This is a meditation that I will definitely come back to. Thank you so much ❤️
