DISCLAIMER: this breathe work session will require you to make some noice and may make you laugh! This session was created for those moments when we find ourselves taking life a little too seriously and catch ourselves clenching our jaw. Which over time can cause uncomfortable pain and pressure in our face, neck, head and even back. We start off by tuning into our breathe and working on lengthening through each new breathe cycle. Moving into the flubbering out our lips portion by taking a deep inhale, pressing our lips together and like a dramatic sign... release the air through our pinched lips creating a flubbering noice! You are encouraged to continue for as long as you desire and until you feel any tension in your jaw melt away. Let yourself Laugh if you feel like it and have so much fun with this session! Keep on shining so brightly Beautiful Souls, We've Got This ♥️

Hey beautiful soul and welcome to this flubbering out your lips mini breathwork session.

My name is Kare and it's my absolute pleasure to guide you through this experience.

Sometimes when we're taking life a little too seriously we tend to clench our jaw,

Holding our teeth together ever so tightly that it can resonate further and create pain in other parts of our body.

So this particular breathwork session is here for those times when you catch yourself clenching and realize that you need to start taking things a little less seriously.

So throughout this session we will be inhaling and flubbering out our lips together allowing our teeth and our jaw to separate with every new breath cycle and noticing how just by flubbering out our lips bringing a little bit more humor into our day and a little bit more vibration into our jaw.

Just after a few minutes we'll observe how much more relaxed and released you feel.

So when you're ready gently closing your eyes and start to tune into your breath.

Noticing the inhales and the exhales,

The length and the depth of your breath and working on extending each breath cycle as each new cycle starts.

And together we're going to start to flubber out your lips which will involve an inhale and then keeping your lips together as you push the air through creating a little bit of a brrrr noise.

And the louder the better for your release.

So when you're ready take a nice big inhale through your nose and flubber it out.

Inhale and flubber.

Continue at the speed of your own breath.

Continuing at your own speed and pace and with every new exhale allow your jaw to release just a bit more allowing your teeth to separate just a bit further and possibly letting your neck and your shoulders relax just a little bit more.

If you're smiling bonus points and keep on flubbering out your lips.

Keep on going at your own speed and pace.

And I encourage you to continue until you feel fully relaxed and released within your face.

Especially if that continues past this meditation.

Know that this is here for you whenever you need to let things loose and maybe flubber it out a bit.

And I encourage you to do this a few times in your day and especially when you notice that you're clenching.

I wish you a beautiful rest of your day as you continue to flubber it out.

And when you're complete at the end take a nice big inhale followed by a full sigh to close out the breath sequence for you.

The light shadow and peace in me recognizes and sets you free.

The light shadow and peace in you.

Keep on shining so brightly and keep on flubbering it out beautiful souls.

We've got this.
