Sometimes we need to pause and flush out anything that isn't our own... especially when it involves energy! This is a cord-cutting visualization for when YOU feel too much of someone else's energy/influence in your life. AND are ready to release and sever the energetic cords attaching/influencing you. We start off with some breathing, leading you to visualize a path surrounded by roses. You are joined by the being you're cutting cords or ties with, and using a sword to help call your energy back into your body. Ending with an infinity arm symbol over your heart to seal and send your energy throughout your body. While holding this newly set boundary within your Mind, your Body, and your Soul. Keep on Shining so Brightly, Beautiful Soul, You've Got This!
