Hey beautiful soul and welcome to this release and let it go guided visualization.

My name is Care and it's my absolute pleasure to guide you through this experience.

Before we begin I invite you to tune in to your physical body and notice if you would prefer to receive this laying down or seated and take a moment to set yourself up taking up all of the space that you would like and making sure that your whole body feels supported however you decide to be.

And once you're set up I invite you to close your eyes when you feel comfortable and safe and start to bring your attention inwards towards your breath.

Start to notice how it's showing up for you today without trying to change it.

Observing the inhales and the exhales,

Their length and their depth and with every new inhale I encourage you to send it to the base of your spine and as your whole midsection starts to inflate let it inflate from the base of your spine all the way to the top of your shoulders and on your exhale letting everything go and letting your back body get heavier and heavier into whatever ground is supporting you.

By deepening your breath we're allowing in more oxygen and fuel for your nervous system so that your parasympathetic nervous system can activate during this experience and so that your subconscious can be present as we release and let go.

And we're gonna do a few breaths together just to fully ground in and fully expand.

So letting all the air out in your lungs take a nice deep inhale through your nose and let it go.

Again one last time seal your lips and bring your breath and attention back in and out through your nose and if ever at any point you feel like you need to sigh and just fully let go I invite you to open your mouth and let out the biggest breath possible.

And throughout this experience if you notice that there's any kinks within your physical body with your next set of inhales you're going to imagine that you're sending your breath to the tension in these spaces and as you inhale let your breath act like glue as it connects to the tension to release it from your body.

And once your breath is complete at the top open your mouth harness your inner dragon and blow out all of that tension through your breath.

Continuing through this exercise as you inhale visualize that it attaches and as you exhale it leaves your vessel until you feel a little bit more release in this space.

And staying connected to the depth of your breath bring your attention towards your heart center your center chakra where your conscious and subconscious energy meet and collide and the space within us that we have a tendency to hold on to things a little longer than necessary.

And from your heart start to imagine a path that appears and this path is inside of a forest.

And just notice yourself standing on this path looking around and just noticing how this space looks and feels to you.

Observing the temperature,

The vegetation,

If there's any precipitation or wind,

If there are any animals.

And as you observe slowly start to walk your way along this path observing that it's not a very used path but it is a path that feels very familiar to you.

And as you continue forward straight ahead of you a log cabin appears and make your way over to this log cabin for this is your release cabin and a space you can come back to whenever you need.

And as you make your way towards the cabin take a moment to notice what's going on in front and around the cabin.

Maybe there's snow and pine trees or maybe there's water.

And from here turning towards the cabin and towards the door reaching for the door handle and open it up.

Making your way into the cabin and notice how it's decorated,

How the inside is set up,

What type of furniture,

Decorations,

Maybe even lighting do you witness.

And as you're looking around you notice a fireplace and you make your way over to the fireplace and you see that there's a comfortable space set up for you to sit down however that might be set up.

And as you sit down you notice that the fire already has a whole fire set up and ready to be lit for you.

You see a box of matches,

You reach for the matches,

Open it up and light your fire.

Taking your time noticing what areas of your fire need to be lit and taking your time once it's lit to close the gate and observe your fire.

Listening to her roar,

Her crackles.

And looking over to your left you notice a piece of paper and pen appear and grab a hold and start to tune in to your physical body and being.

Your mind,

Body and soul.

And notice what within you is ready to be released and as it comes up write it down on your paper.

For some of you it might be one,

For some of you it might be multiple things.

And as you write down notice your breath.

If it starts to get tight reconnecting to the depth of your breath as you send it to the base of your spine and let yourself fully feel your breath as you inflate to the top of your shoulders.

And on your exhale connecting to your dragon's breath and letting it go.

And as you continue to write and continue to breathe receiving a beautiful cleansing energy from your fire.

And when you're complete take your paper and for some of you you might prefer to fold it,

For some of you you might prefer to crinkle it,

And for others you might want to rip it into pieces.

However you decide with your paper take a moment and once you're complete place your paper into your hands and place your paper over top of your heart.

Placing your hands one on top of each other and creating the infinity symbol of your being as you connect to your heart center with your hands.

Some of the most energetic parts of your body.

And from here just like a Care Bear stare anything that still resides within your being and your heart that is connected to what you've written down.

Let that energy flow into the paper.

Leave your being so that you may be clear.

And once you're complete take your paper and you can either keep it on your heart or you can look at it.

And I encourage you to repeat after me either out loud or in your mind's eye.

I thank you.

I love you.

I feel you.

I release you.

And I let you go.

And take your paper and throw it into the fire.

Gazing at your paper as the fire turns it into ash and releases the energy back into the cosmos where we find the balance of both yin and yang.

Taking the last few moments that you need with your fire with your breath.

Before we leave the cabin we're gonna do three big cleansing breaths again together to fully release and clear before we walk out into our new beginning and clear energy.

So letting the air out in your lungs.

Take a nice deep inhale through your nose and let it go.

Inhale.

One last time.

Turning towards your fire.

Thanking your fire and the flames for their help and their power of being able to release.

And slowly getting up from your seat and making your way over towards the door.

Opening the door and closing it behind you.

Following your path as you make your way back towards your heart center.

Back to where you began in your forest.

And staying connected to your breath.

And possibly still hearing the flames within.

Start to come back into your body.

Into your mind.

And back into your soul on this plane.

And staying connected with the depth of your breath as you feel in to this newly cleared space within you that is ready to receive whatever is meant for you in cleaner alignment.

Releasing any sighs.

And I encourage you to stay here for as long as your body is asking you to.

Instead of for when your mind might try to push you.

Listening to your physical body and what she needs.

And when she feels complete at your own pace.

Gently twinkling your eyes open.

Twiddling your thumbs and your fingers.

And continuing forward with your day.

I thank you for taking the time for you here with me.

And I wish you a beautiful rest of your day ahead.

And the light,

Shadow,

And peace in me recognizes and sees the light,

Shadow,

And peace in you.

Sending you lots of love.

Keep on shining so brightly.

You've got this.
