Welcome.

Begin by closing your eyes now.

Let the surface world fade away just for a moment.

The screens,

The noise,

And the list of things undone.

There's nothing to solve here,

Just the sound of your breath moving in and out like a quiet tide.

Notice how even the breath happens by itself.

You're not the doer,

You're only the witness.

So let yourself be breathed.

Now bring your attention to the mind,

And not to control it,

But just to observe it.

Notice how thoughts rise,

Lay their scene,

And then dissolve.

They come and go like bubbles on the surface of a still lake,

And you don't need to follow any of them.

Each one fades on its own,

Leaving ripples that quickly disappear.

And in between those ripples,

In between the thoughts,

There is something else.

Something huge,

Silent,

And untouched,

And that's the space we'll rest in now.

So take a slow breath in through the nose,

And then exhale softly through the mouth.

Let your awareness drop into that stillness.

And in that space between thoughts,

There is no time,

No story,

And no identity.

It's like the pause between heartbeats,

Small,

Infinite,

And perfect.

When a thought arises,

Just notice it and let it float away.

Don't resist,

Don't even analyze.

Let the silence reclaim it.

Now listen very carefully.

You can sense the hum beneath everything,

Can't you?

Not a sound,

But an aliveness.

The background presence that watches the entire play unfold.

And that is what you are.

The sky,

And not the clouds.

The still ocean,

Not the waves.

So rest there and feel your whole body breathing inside this awareness.

Even the smallest motion,

The rise of your chest,

The flicker of a thought,

Happens inside the still field of consciousness.

And it's not something you have to hold,

It's what's holding you.

Each breath expands that sense of space,

And each exhale dissolves another layer of noise.

And soon even the breath becomes part of the silence.

So now slowly bring your awareness back toward the room.

Keep a thread of stillness within you.

The space that lives behind every word,

Behind every action.

And that quiet doesn't disappear when you move,

It moves with you.

So take one final slow breath in,

And as you exhale,

Open your eyes now.

Remember between every thought,

Every heartbeat,

And every breath,

There's peace waiting to be noticed.
