Welcome to this guided meditation for making peaceful contact with higher intelligence.

Today we're going to explore the vastness of the cosmos,

Sending out a warm open invitation to any benevolent beings who wish to communicate.

This will be a gentle journey,

Leading you from the comfort of your own space,

Out into the stars,

Using calming breaths and deep visualization techniques.

So take a moment to find a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down.

Gently close your eyes now,

And let your hands rest naturally by your sides.

Take a deep breath in,

Hold it for a moment,

And let it go slowly.

Feel the weight of your body settle,

Grounding you to the earth.

With each breath,

We'll begin to release any tension or distractions,

Opening our minds to the infinite possibilities of the universe.

So let's begin.

So start by focusing on your breath.

Inhale deeply through your nose,

Filling your lungs completely,

Hold it,

And slowly exhale through your mouth.

With each exhale,

Let go of any stress or tension in your body.

Imagine the tension melting away,

Like sand,

Slipping through your fingers.

So let's do this together,

Counting down from 10 to 1.

With each number,

Your body and mind will relax more deeply.

So 10,

Your body begins to unwind,

Letting go of any tightness in your muscles.

9,

Feel a wave of calm move down from your head all the way to your toes.

8,

Your thoughts become lighter,

Like clouds just drifting away.

7,

Releasing any worries or stress from your day.

6,

Your breathing is slow and steady,

Guiding you deeper.

5,

Sinking further into a peaceful state of being.

4,

Feeling light,

Free,

And open.

3,

Your body is heavy,

But your mind is light and clear.

2,

Almost there,

Every part of you is calm.

And 1,

Fully relaxed,

Your awareness is open and ready to explore.

So take another deep breath in,

Hold it,

And gently release.

So imagine a soft wave of relaxation moving from the top of your head,

All the way to the tips of your toes.

Feel this wave settle over your shoulders,

Your chest,

And your belly,

Allowing you to drift even deeper into a state of calm.

So let your mind become still,

Like a clear pond without any ripples.

Now,

Imagine yourself floating gently above your current surroundings.

See your space from above,

As if you're hovering just below the ceiling.

Notice every detail,

The way the light falls,

The shapes of the furniture,

The air around you.

Feel safe and comfortable in this view.

So breathe in deeply,

And as you exhale,

Feel yourself relax even more.

So allow your mind's eye to pull back even further.

Now you're floating above your home,

Looking down from a higher perspective.

See the roof,

The windows,

And the surroundings from above.

So visualize this space clearly,

Noticing any familiar details.

Take another deep breath,

And as you exhale,

Feel yourself lifting even higher,

Expanding your awareness to include the neighborhood around you.

Now,

Pull back even more,

Seeing the entire area,

The streets,

The trees,

And the landscape around you.

Everything below looks peaceful and still.

With each breath,

Zoom out a bit further,

Until you can see your entire city or town.

Imagine seeing the city lights twinkling,

If it's nighttime,

Or the roads and buildings,

If it's the day.

Feel a sense of connection to the energy of this place,

Knowing that you are part of a much larger world.

So take another deep breath,

And pull back even further,

Until you can visualize the whole region or state that you're in.

Notice the rivers,

The mountains,

Or landmarks that stand out from this high perspective.

Feel a sense of calm,

Knowing that the earth supports you.

Now,

With a deep inhale,

Expand your view to encompass the entire country that you're in.

See its shape,

Its colors,

And its vastness.

So breathe in deeply,

And as you exhale,

See the entire planet from space.

You are floating high above the earth,

Looking down at a beautiful blue and green sphere,

Spinning slowly in the infinite darkness of space.

So take a few moments to appreciate the beauty and the wonder of our world,

And feel your heart fill with a sense of peace and unity.

Now that you've anchored yourself above the earth,

Let's deepen your relaxation further with a gentle countdown.

Each number will take you deeper into a calm and receptive state.

So breathe in deeply,

Hold it,

And exhale slowly.

So five,

You are drifting peacefully,

Weightless and open.

Four,

With each breath,

You relax even more deeply.

Three,

Your mind is clear,

Still,

And focused.

Two,

Feeling a sense of peace settle over you like a warm blanket.

And one,

Deeply relaxed,

Calm,

And fully open to the journey ahead.

So continue to breathe slowly,

Inhaling peace,

And exhaling any remaining tension.

Feel the calm grow stronger with each breath.

Now,

Bring your awareness to the center of your chest,

To your heart.

Imagine a soft,

Warm light glowing there,

Like a small,

Gentle flame.

With each breath in,

See this light growing stronger and brighter.

And as you exhale,

Watch the light gently expand outward,

Filling your chest with warmth and peace.

So breathe in deeply,

And feel the light radiate throughout your entire body.

It's soothing,

Loving.

It's a soothing,

Loving light that brings comfort and connection.

With each breath,

Let it expand beyond your body,

Filling the room,

Then the building,

Then your entire neighborhood.

Now,

Imagine the light surrounding your entire city,

Growing even stronger with each breath.

As you continue to breathe,

Let this light expand further,

Reaching out to encompass the entire country,

And then the whole planet.

Your light is now covering the earth,

Shining brightly like a beacon of peace and curiosity,

Reaching out into the darkness of space.

So allow your light to continue growing,

Reaching beyond the moon,

Beyond the planets,

And into the stars.

Imagine it touching other star systems,

Spreading a gentle invitation to any higher beings who might be listening.

So feel your intention growing clearer and stronger.

You seek peaceful contact,

Knowledge,

And understanding.

So focus now on setting a clear and positive intention.

In your mind,

Repeat these words.

I welcome any benevolent beings to connect.

I seek wisdom,

Peace,

And understanding.

I am open and ready to receive.

So allow this intention to fill the expanding light,

Carrying it further into the universe.

Feel the energy of your light resonate,

Pulsing gently with each breath.

A signal that you're ready to connect.

As you breathe,

Imagine this light growing even stronger,

Feeling lighter,

More peaceful,

And more open.

Trust that this light is being seen,

Sensed,

And felt by those who are ready to respond.

Allow the universe to respond in its own time,

Without expectation.

I will be quiet now,

Willest you receive your message.

Now let go of your intention,

And allow yourself to simply be in this open space.

Feel the light around you,

Stretching into the cosmos,

And just listen.

So be present with any subtle sensations,

Any thoughts,

Or images that might arise.

You may feel warmth,

Tingles,

Or a gentle sense of presence.

Perhaps you see symbols,

Colors,

Or even hear faint words.

Trust your intuition.

Whatever comes is part of the experience.

So stay here for a few minutes,

Simply breathing,

Feeling,

And observing.

You are safe,

You are protected,

And you are open to the wisdom that the universe may wish to share.

So allow yourself to be in this stillness,

This connection,

Without any judgment.

It's time now to return from this journey.

Begin to gently pull back your light,

Drawing it back from the stars,

Back through the solar system,

And back to our beautiful planet.

See Earth once again,

Surrounded by your peaceful,

Glowing light.

Gradually pull the light back into your country,

Your city,

Your neighborhood,

And finally,

Back into your personal space.

So let the light return to your heart,

Still glowing gently,

With warmth and peace.

Feel the ground beneath you,

And take a few deep breaths,

Bringing yourself fully back to the present moment.

You have made your invitation,

And whatever response or feeling you received is part of your journey.

Trust that the connection you've initiated is still present,

Waiting for you to explore it even further.

So take a few final deep breaths.

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes now,

Feeling fully awake and aware,

And when you're ready,

Open your eyes now,

And remember,

The connection you've made tonight is yours to explore and revisit anytime you wish.
