The Bridge

Your purpose starts with you. May this meditation bring you into your heart space and connect your heart with all parts of you, raising your conscious awareness and connecting you to deeper purpose and higher truth within.

The intention for this meditation is to bring you into your heart space, To help you remember what you were here on this earth plane for, To connect your heart, Mind and soul, To inhabit the body and to create a supportive space for you to raise your consciousness to higher truth and connect with your authentic truth. Find a quiet space, Indoors or outdoors, That best suits you as you go on your journey inwards. Create an intention to be here now and fully immerse yourself into the power of this now moment. As we begin, Just taking a moment to notice the breath, Not changing anything, Just noticing, Listening to the sound of my voice. Together we embrace a moment in time where we prepare our minds, Bodies and souls to embrace a new age, An age where we are embodied, Connected to our emotions, Allowing ourselves to feel what comes up in our inner world, Similar to the element of water, All while connecting also to the element of air, Our upper energy systems. Remembering in this age we have the power of our individuality and freedom to be who we are, While also creating a bridge between our inner worlds, Our lower chakra system and upper chakra system. Coming home to ourselves and into the heart where our deepest truths live, Where life itself manifests from, A place of unconditional love. Continue breathing, Listening to the sounds of the water, Starting to feel the support of the element of water, Just noticing, Continuing to notice. Feel where your tailbone meets the floor, Hands to pelvis. With your hands on your pelvis, Feel the nourishing energy that flows through you, Through your lower chakra system, Nourishing where you've been. Calling to mind a beautiful whirlpool of glowing, Sparkling water. Sense a swirling motion here. Sense the energetic water of you start to swirl in the area of your pelvis. Calling to mind any emotional times in your life. Feeling these emotions, Feeling these emotions as waves in your mind's eye, Crashing down, Steadily flowing with you as witness to them, And yet you remain a conscious observer, A witness to the waves of all the moments that collectively make up your life. Breathing on the breath, Breathing into the waves. As you inhale, The waves pull you out from your shore, And as you exhale, Release, They come crashing towards your toes. An ocean that represents you and aspects of your emotional body, Waves that steadily flow with you as a witness to them, And yet you remain a conscious observer, A witness to the waves of all the moments that make up your life. Now as you breathe and feel the steady flow of the air, Inhaling through the lungs, Exhaling, Call to mind a specific time in your life where you were strong, As you took on some powerful emotional waves. See this time in your mind's eye as if it were happening in this now moment. How old were you? What did you look like? What were you wearing? What do you smell in the air? What do you feel? Just taking a moment to breathe through this memory of you, This moment in time, And bringing your conscious awareness to your navel, Sensing your source of power, Willpower in this moment in your life. Know that you are courageously moving into higher states of consciousness, Now in this now moment, Just as you were when you took on powerful emotional waves in early life. Hold yourself here. Give yourself permission to be you, Authentically you. See yourself in this moment and feel gratitude flow through your body for how far you've come, For the grounds you've walked, For the waves you've witnessed, And the miles you've traveled to this point. Now placing one hand on your belly and one hand on your heart, Say to yourself internally, I see you. I see how far you've come. I am grateful for you. Breathe deeply through the nose and sighing out through the mouth, Allowing for a release of what no longer serves, Deeply trusting in your ability to take with you what does serve you as you move into this coming age, Continuing to breathe, Feeling connected to the earth. Take another deep inhale, Bringing with you all you have learned, All the wisdom that you carry and that you've gained throughout your lifetime to this point. Exhaling through the mouth and releasing once more. Inhaling deeply. Exhaling. Now as you breathe, Continuing to breathe, Inhaling and exhaling, Bring your conscious awareness to your whole body, Allowing this integration between the segments of your body and the energetic systems that live within the body, Between your womb or pelvic region, Your core and your heart, Allowing for deep integration to take place. First by bringing your attention to your heart, Imagining your heart full of gold, White, Beautiful gold light illuminating in every direction, Bursting from your heart space. And as you observe, You witness this beautiful light move through your body, Allowing you to reclaim each and every part of you. Inhaling and exhaling as gold light permeates your every being, Moving from the heart and descending down, Down towards your navel, Your womb space, Your pelvic bowl, Moving through the hip sockets, Both at the same time, Down through the upper thighs and the dark spaces of the knees, Through the legs, The ankles, The feet, The toes, Allowing all to come into the light where all is welcome. And as we descend all the way down, The energy and beautiful golden white light that is of your essence starts to ascend back upwards through the legs, The knees, The pelvis, The core, Back into the heart space and moving into the shoulder sockets at the same time, Down through the upper arms, The lower arms, Cooling into the fingertips, Moving through the collarbones and where the neck connect, Your highest expression of truth in the seat of the soul. Inhaling and exhaling, Allowing the light to move through the face, Relaxing the jaw with a sense of peace and knowing through the eye sockets and space between the eyebrows. And as your light reaches your forehead and the crown of the head, At the crown you begin to notice a pulsation, The top of the head, A feeling and a sense of a greater connectedness to all that is. And you start to feel light moving through the crown again, All the way back down through your heart and back and forth through the body. Envision this infinite flow as a figure eight, Tracing it, The figure eight moving up through the body towards the heart, Coming down, Tracing it as you breathe as a figure eight, Allowing and envisioning this infinite flow, Feeling into the flow and allowing the flow to transform you to create alchemy within your inner world. Breathing here and allowing the flow to move you with the deepest sense of trust as we move into the element of air, The air in the ocean breeze. Soften your attention to feel air in and around your body. Start to feel a lightness in the body, Compassion for you, An unwavering, Unconditional love. Feel into this sense of pure love that resides within you and around you, Pure loving awareness, That of which you are. Now feel into the rise, Feel into your rise, The rise of you, The rise of your consciousness in a new age where you reclaim all parts of you, All gifts, And all gifts are then reflected back to the world. Breathe into this moment, Witnessing each inhale as life moves through your body and feeling into the sensation of the body as a whole on every exhale. And as you take these last few breaths here in this moment, Feel deeply connected to who you are. Feel deeply connected to the earth. Feel deeply connected to the heavens above. When you're ready, Starting to connect to your surroundings again, Keeping the eyes closed for a moment, Just witnessing yourself in space in the room you are in.
