And we're back,
Just like that.
For another episode as I sit and deliver this episode for you today from my green,
Green and purple garden.
I say purple because I'm sitting right in front of the beads.
And the beet stems that hold the leaves are purple.
And then there's lots of green in the garden,
Peas and lettuce.
Sitting on some lovely green grass and the sun is shining and the trees are growing and I have two beautiful hawks circling just right above my head,
My protectors.
As I deliver this message.
A little foggy today,
Not gonna lie.
The brain is a little foggy,
But I think what you'll come to realize as you hear me and you discover your own creativity is that creativity doesn't just come from the mind.
Creativity comes from the body,
Comes from the heart,
Comes from the gut.
Comes from our creative center,
Our womb as women.
Per minute's a little bit different.
But.
.
.
We carry on.
And as I sit in front of the peas,
I am so reminded of.
The ability to just wait.
To be in this period of waiting well which if you recall from previous episodes We discussed weighting well and what that truly means,
So if you haven't,
Please feel free to discover those episodes.
As we unpack this together today.
But the peas,
The peas,
Okay,
So,
My son.
When he comes home from school.
He is all about going to the garden.
And picking something that looks delicious and just eating it straight out of the garden,
Which I think is so beautiful and one of the reasons why we have the garden.
So that we can really teach this connection back to nature,
Not worshiping nature.
But.
.
.
Connecting to nature like I am connecting to you today.
And so what does this little boy do?
He will pull out the peas even if they're not fully,
I guess you could say ripe.
Ripe to pull he just is he's so excited he just wants to eat them right away as soon as he sees one he wants to eat it It doesn't matter if it's.
All the way grown.
As long as a pea has formed in that spot,
He will grab it and he will take it and he will eat it.
And I'm always like,
Buddy,
Let's just wait until they,
You know,
They get so much bigger and they're so much more,
You know,
Juicier and nutritious.
Wonderful to eat.
But he's like,
Nope,
Mommy,
I want it now.
And how many of us want it now,
Whatever it is?
We don't want to wait for it to grow.
We don't want to wait for it to get to its full potential.
We want to deliver it.
And honestly,
That's usually how I feel when I'm delivering a podcast.
Often times I want to deliver it before it's ready to be birthed or before it's ready to be collect from the tree.
Before the fruit is ripe.
And the fruit can still be good.
And the message that's needed and all of the things.
But we want to wait until it's right.
And that usually when I'm doing these podcasts.
As an FYI,
My process.
These days looks a little bit different because I'm taking more pauses.
Of course,
You guys can't see that because.
.
.
You're there and I'm here and we're here together,
You and I.
And just as I said that,
A butterfly landed on a leaf.
And is just sitting,
Chilling.
Ready to hear this episode.
Dragonfly has joined.
A fly,
Two flies are here for the episode.
And I've got my lavender.
Which is helping to keep me focused today because as I mentioned,
The brain fog is real.
But we're going to move past it and we're going to focus.
And every time we lose focus,
We're going to smell the lavender.
To bring us back.
To focus.
And so what are we here to discuss?
What are we here to.
.
.
What fruit?
Are we here to consume together?
This is truth.
This podcast.
If I had,
If I could really just name my podcast anything.
It would just be truth.
Because I think that that's.
.
.
One of the things.
That I'm here to deliver.
And as we know,
We want to consume it.
Mindfully.
The butterfly as an example.
And the dragonfly.
They flew away for a little bit and then they came back.
Why?
It's a mystery.
However,
If I had to really put my finger on it.
Terms of today's podcast,
It would be that.
Consume a little bit.
You go away,
You integrate that into life,
You come back,
You consume a little bit more.
You integrate that into life.
And integrated into life,
I mean,
Not by taking it so literally.
By but by consuming it and seeing what it means to your self,
Your soul.
Your path.
Words,
As we know,
Are very powerful.
A friend and I were Decrypting.
A passage yesterday.
Doing a little bit of study on it.
Which I love to do.
It's fun when it's time,
It's time.
I'm not someone who dives into scripture every single day because I like to prioritize.
What's needed,
But.
Yesterday was a scripture kind of day and we got into Proverbs 18,
21.
Which says life and death are in the power of the tongues.
And they that love.
Shall eat the fruit thereof.
Said differently.
The tongue has the power of life and death.
Those who love it will eat its fruit.
And so what is the fruit?
What is the fruit we're talking about?
Well we discovered yesterday that the fruit really is,
And discovering today that the fruit really is the fruit of the Holy Spirit.
We are.
Coming back to the garden.
We are always living the seeds that we plant.
Meaning we could have planted a seed years ago.
We could have had an experience years ago.
And we are still,
At times,
Still living that experience.
It's kind of weird how it happens too,
Because you're kind of like.
In the past,
The present,
And the future at the same time.
Let me say that again.
We are in the past,
The present,
And the future all at the same time,
In the now moment.
Eckhart Tolle speaks a lot about this,
So if you want to learn more about that concept,
He is a good resource other than what I shared with you today.
If you want another voice,
Maybe a male voice to really dive deep.
I love bringing the feminine and the masculine together.
I feel like we can learn so much from one another.
The feminine brings a lot of flow and the masculine brings a lot of structure.
I know that it's not all about me as a podcaster speaking to you today.
It's also about all the beautiful souls who contribute to the consciousness.
And so coming back to this idea that we are still living the seeds we planted and manifested days,
Months,
Years ago,
Hours ago,
Minutes ago.
Everything kind of layered on top of one another like a cycle or a spiral.
And we can spiral up or we can spiral down.
We want to be probably somewhere in the middle.
As an example,
Lettuce,
If you don't trim lettuce,
Like we get heads of lettuce at the grocery store,
It's so different when you're actually growing your own because you actually get to see what the plant would do if you didn't pick the fruit.
Or the vegetable.
Right away.
And so what will happen with lettuce if you allow it?
If you allow it,
Lettuce will just spiral up.
It'll get very dense and it will lose its texture of butter softness,
I guess you could say.
It will lose its texture of this butter soft green leafy delicious vegetable and it'll become a little bit more dense and it'll start to spiral upwards towards the sky.
And it becomes very long in nature versus very kind of wide and luscious like we receive it at the grocery store.
So we want to be somewhere in the middle,
Right?
We don't want to consume denseness.
We want to consume something that's light,
Buttery,
Delicious.
And something that's gonna be good for our heart,
Our soul,
Our mind.
When we plant these seeds,
They manifest over time.
Intentionally,
Unintentionally,
We plant seeds all the time.
And they're constantly teaching us.
And even if the experience was not so great or led in a negative direction,
Beauty can still be found.
Beauty in what we planted,
It still continues to grow.
And we start to learn that.
What we planted,
As it grows,
It delivers to us gifts of the Holy Spirit.
We learn that we love.
We've learned that we can maintain our self-control.
We learn that we can find joy wherever we are and that we can practice kindness,
Goodness.
Patience.
We can practice righteousness.
And not righteousness in a very prideful kind of way.
We're different from animals in that way.
You know,
You have a lion's pride.
And the lion's pride can be very prideful.
But then there's sort of an evolved lion's pride.
Where the pride has a purpose,
Like a higher purpose for your higher self.
And again,
Higher self doesn't mean that we're spiraling upwards.
It means we're balanced.
We're in the center.
We're with God.
We learn how to be gentle with ourselves,
With others.
And we trust the path.
And we trust that the path is leading us to truth.
And then we get to choose.
What truth,
What fruit.
We get to choose what we're going to share.
With this garden that we grow.
In this yard of ours.
We like to.
I got distracted because this fly was literally doing like a downward dog right in front of me.
And that's okay.
Let the distractions come.
Let the distractions come so that the truth can get stronger.
But we get to choose what we're gonna take from this garden and what we're gonna share with others.
I was just thinking the other day,
I was like,
I think I want to give one of my friends a head of lettuce.
You know,
Just to make their day.
We often don't.
You often think that you know,
A head of lettuce,
Giving someone a head of lettuce.
That's super weird.
That's weird girl.
What are you,
What's going on with you over there?
But it's not,
You know,
Like what a joy to be able to grow something and then give it from your garden.
Or give someone a seed so that they can grow.
Just let the seed grow.
Good intention.
Never give someone a seed where there isn't good intention behind it.
And similarly,
We shouldn't be giving at all if we don't.
You know,
I wouldn't say feel it because sometimes we have to give before we feel it.
But giving when it's right.
Right choice,
Right discernment,
Right decision.
Right way.
So what?
Is the purpose in today's message,
Really.
Because what I want to say and what I need to say has to converge.
We want to be.
In our center.
Usually what we want comes directly from our creativity center.
Usually what we want comes directly from our sexual organs,
I guess you could say.
And what we need comes from the heart.
And we want to bring those two together because in the body,
Our belly button represents our willpower.
You want to bring those two energies from the heart and from the soul.
Our sexual creativity center and we want to merge those so that we can deliver something that's going to be truthful and where our willpower aligns with that of a higher willpower.
The willpower of God.
Not just what we want,
Not just what we need.
Though usually,
I would say the heart can be at times more honest,
It just can get us into a lot of trouble at times.
Because What's needed doesn't always converge with the way that the world is turning.
So we can get very hurt in this way.
What I believe we need and want in this moment.
Is to know that whatever happened in the past,
Whatever we gave up,
Or whatever we feel like we gave up,
Because nothing is ever lost.
It's just coming to you in a different form.
It's still there.
And it doesn't leave.
And at times it can even be hurtful because it's still there.
Because what is eternal can never leave.
And when we have these eternal experiences,
We get very upset because we miss them so much.
And it's hard for us.
But we have the experience and then we know that it's still there.
The seed that was planted,
It cannot.
.
.
It cannot just be ripped from the soil.
It's not that kind of thing.
It grows.
You know,
And then we plant another tree.
And we grow that with somebody.
And we take pride in that.
Again.
A good type of righteousness.
A beautiful type of pride.
And we transform.
Whatever was there we use for our transformation.
And it's also not just about our self-actualization.
Using somebody for self-actualization only is actually pretty selfish and it's not the way.
We have two dragonflies now,
Reminding me that,
To remind you that,
Yes,
We're self-actualizing you know,
On our own.
And we have transcendence with others that doesn't leave.
And we can miss the experience.
We can miss the person.
We can miss the the experience that we think that we sold ourselves out of.
And know that it was still the right choice.
And just see what comes in the future.
That's all we can do.
That's all we can do.
And.
.
.
I think what I want to leave you with is this remembrance that nothing is ever lost,
It's just coming to you in a different form.
And with that,
You don't need to let anything go.
You can trim the lettuce,
You know,
You don't want to be spiraling upwards.
Or downwards for that matter.
And.
.
.
You can just enjoy where you're at.
And where life brought you knowing that the past the present.
And the future exist in this very moment.
Moment.
And with that.
I hope you have the most beautiful day.
