Allow yourself to get comfortable.
Start off by bringing your attention to the crown of your head and release any tension around the crown of your head.
Release the tension between your eyebrows.
Release the tension behind your ears.
Relax your shoulders.
Bring your attention to your heart center and just notice how you breathe naturally.
You may place your right hand on your heart while you notice how you breathe without having to change anything.
Just notice.
Relax your stomach.
Relax your bottom.
Let it sink in to the surface beneath you.
Relax your thighs and your legs.
Relax your feet.
Wiggle your toes.
And allow yourself to take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale with the sigh.
And allow yourself to relax.
Just notice how deeply relaxed you feel in this moment.
Bring your attention back to your heart center while you notice how you breathe.
Just take a moment to ask your heart,
Is there anything that you'd like to share with me?
And listen for what comes up.
Let it sink in to the surface beneath you.
And thank your heart for the message that you just received.
Allow yourself to really carry that message with you.
And just notice how you're being guided.
How you just listen to your body.
How you just listen to your intuition.
How connected you are in this moment.
And how natural that just was.
Just allow yourself to be in this moment.
No need to do anything or change anything.
Just allow yourself to be as you are in this moment.
If you find that your mind starts to wander,
Just gently bring your attention back to your breathing.
Allow yourself to notice those thoughts and let them go.
You can thank them for coming and let them go.
And you can say these affirmations out loud or to yourself,
Whatever feels right for you.
