Hello everyone,

I hope you've had a beautiful week.

For those of you who have been following me for a while or who have read my book or worked with me personally,

You know that the three core karmic lessons are kind of the basis of my guidance and teachings.

These three lessons are what each of our egos needs to learn in manifestation after manifestation after manifestation of being human.

For those of you who are new,

In this episode I'm going to explain what the three core karmic lessons are and give a little bit of information on them so that we're all on the same page moving forward.

As a human,

There are three core karmic lessons that the higher self has predetermined for your ego to learn.

These are self-worth,

Self-love,

And non-attachment.

Each ego that you have,

Meaning each human incarnation that you have,

You will have one core karmic lesson.

So in this ego,

You may have self-worth.

Then in your next incarnation,

Your ego may have non-attachment.

Then in the incarnation after,

Your ego may go back to self-worth.

You can only have one at a time,

And you may learn pieces of your core karmic lesson in this ego,

Then have to learn other pieces in multiple other incarnations with a different ego.

There is no linear timeline of Lesson 1,

Lesson 2,

Lesson 3,

As time is not real nor linear except to the ego.

You may be saying to yourself that none of these are what your core karmic lesson is,

And instead it's abandonment,

Or learning to create boundaries,

Or getting over addiction.

Nope.

These are what I call symptom karmic lessons,

Or smaller lessons,

Which each stem from a core karmic lesson.

And I will talk about symptom karmic lessons in next week's episode.

The core karmic lessons can also be symptom karmic lessons.

So for those of you who feel like you waffle between self-love and self-worth,

Your core karmic lesson will be one of the two,

With the symptom karmic lesson on top of the other.

So let's take a look at what each core karmic lesson looks like so that you can figure out what your core karmic lesson is in this ego.

Self-worth as a core karmic lesson tends to be in those that have lived through a lot of neglect,

Abuse,

Or abandonment as a child.

It may feel like something is innately wrong with your being,

And the ego may find proof by telling itself stories regarding why a parent was neglectful,

Why a parent abandoned,

Or why a parent didn't care.

It can be in those who are in perpetually unsafe situations,

Whether physically,

Emotionally,

Or mentally,

If they had a primary caregiver who was consistently inconsistent,

Such as those with mental illness,

Alcoholism,

Or addiction,

Or if there was any sexual abuse at a very young age.

They have the propensity to test others at every step of the way in order to convince themselves yet again that they are not worthy.

Being chosen as priority is the number one way for someone with a core karmic lesson of self-worth to feel safe.

Also,

Those with a core karmic lesson of self-worth will prefer to be needed as opposed to wanted since they believe they can never be wanted.

Self-love as a core karmic lesson tends to be in those that grew up with a lot of criticism or expectations from parents or primary caregivers.

It may feel as though you have to prove yourself and everything you do in order to gain approval.

It is similar to the work reward system,

But the reward in this case is love.

This can also be seen in adults who reward themselves with addictive behaviors when they feel that they have accomplished something.

For example,

I've had a long week,

So I'm going to enjoy a night out drinking.

They desire to be loved more than anything.

Deep down,

The feeling of love is their safety,

And they will always search for the feeling of love generally in romantic relationships.

Though their fear of not obtaining that love can leave them paralyzed with a fear of commitment.

This can also make them,

Quote,

Clingy or needy when in a relationship with consistent expectations that their partner show them love constantly.

This desire for love and to be loved is so powerful that those with a core karmic lesson of self-love may need,

Quote,

Unquote,

Permission to leave a relationship,

Create boundaries,

Or cut off communication with someone because they are personally triggered by the thought that someone else could feel unloved by their own actions.

Non-attachment is the most interesting of the core karmic lessons because it is both the first and last core karmic lesson that you as the universe manifests,

And aspects of it are addressed within every human manifestation.

If the higher self creates a new human incarnation,

Their core karmic lesson will be of non-attachment.

Those with a core karmic lesson of non-attachment do not have a particular pattern of how they grew up,

But it is seen predominantly in politicians,

Cult leaders,

Religious leaders,

And celebrities.

Those with non-attachment as a core karmic lesson cannot find a reason to live unless it is based on something tangible.

They usually become infatuated with one thing and make it their purpose,

Be it their job,

Their identity,

Traveling,

Philanthropy,

Religion,

Politics,

Or whatever it is that they have decided to attach to.

This attachment takes priority over everything in their life,

And they will put it ahead of everything else,

Often losing relationships because of it.

Their attachments become addictions,

Obsessions,

And these attachments can also change as time goes on.

A note here,

Non-attachment is a symptom karmic lesson for every ego in existence.

So whenever you find yourself triggered by something,

Take stock of what the deepest feelings are with regards to the triggering.

I can guarantee the root goes back to the core karmic lesson.

It's okay if you don't heal your core karmic lesson in this incarnation.

It is the deepest hurt and pain that your ego encounters,

And it's also the hardest programming to rid your ego of.

But be aware of it.

Be mindful of it.

And that mindfulness will help you to learn symptom karmic lessons and not react when you are triggered by something.

Being mindful of the core karmic lesson enables you to understand your own ego and where your emotions are coming from.

Until next week,

All of my best and highest vibrations to you.
