Good morning mama,
It's Amy Ehlers,
The Wake Up Call Coach here and founder of Mama Truth Circle and welcome to your morning meditation.
Let's begin by closing our eyes and taking three deep breaths.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Imagine a grounding cord coming down from the base of your spine and this grounding cord extends down through your chair or bed,
Through the floor,
Into the dirt,
Sinking deeper and deeper and deeper,
All the way down until it wraps itself around the center of the earth.
Taking a deep breath and breathing in that sense of groundedness and connection to Mother Earth herself.
Feeling present,
Feeling connected.
Now bring your mind's eye to the sunlight above you and just imagining a ray of sunshine coming down from the sky and landing on top of your head.
This ray of sunshine is just for you.
It's your ray of sunshine.
And allowing that ray of sunshine to come in through the top of your head,
Your crown chakra,
And begin to flood every cell of your being with sunlight.
Breathing in that sunlight,
Feeling the warmth and the glow until you feel like you are lit up from the inside out.
Taking a deep breath in.
Thank you,
Sunshine.
Allowing that sunshine to get brighter and brighter,
Bringing that sunshine out from the inside of your body and allowing that sunshine to spread and fill up the entire room until the room is flooded with your ray of sunshine.
Imagine in your mind's eye the day that you have before you and take this moment to set an intention.
What is your intention for today,
Mama?
Who is it that you want to be in the world today?
Setting your intention and imagining that ray of sunlight extending out almost as if you have your entire day,
Everything in your schedule,
In your mind's eye.
And allow yourself to imagine going to bed tonight and feeling that you have realized that intention for the day.
You've been who you wanted to be.
You've been the mom you want to be,
The woman you want to be,
The friend you want to be,
The daughter,
The sister.
You are being who you want to be.
And just allow that light,
That sunlight,
To follow you through your day almost like running a ray of sunshine from the present moment to the end of the day.
Just allow that light to work out any of the kinks,
Any of the challenges that may come up so that you can feel the ease,
So that you can feel the joy,
So that you can feel the peace for the day ahead.
Just running that light,
That ray of sunshine back and forth,
Back and forth,
Back and forth,
From your present self all the way to the end of the day.
Beautiful.
And with that sense of ease,
With that sense that your day is going to be incredible,
Bring your attention to your children or your child.
Imagine their face or faces in front of you in your mind's eye and send your love and your gratitude for them.
And with that,
Go ahead and bring this meditation and visualization to a close.
Bringing with you that groundedness and that light.
Beginning to wiggle your fingers and your toes,
Becoming more aware of your body.
Go ahead and give a nice stretch.
Beautiful.
And with a deep breath,
Opening your eyes,
Feeling refreshed and alert,
Create an amazing day,
