Hello,

It's Amy Ehlers,

The Wake Up Call Coach,

And welcome to your gratitude meditation.

You can use this anytime you are ready to amp up your appreciation,

Thankfulness,

And gratitude in your life.

And as always,

Okay,

Darling,

Let's get started.

Go ahead and let's begin by having you close your eyes in a comfortable position,

Sitting or lying down,

Closing your eyes and taking three deep breaths.

Breathing in and breathing out,

Breathing in and breathing out,

Breathing in easily and effortlessly and breathing out.

And just allow yourself to go to that place inside you that feels like home,

That place where your inner wisdom lives,

Your higher self,

Your soul,

Whatever it is you call it.

Just go and find her or him and really sink into a connection with that place inside of you that is the source of your truth,

That's the source of your love,

That place inside of you that unconditionally loves you,

Not because of what you do,

But because of who you are,

Because of who you be in the world,

So to speak.

And from that space of connection,

Just welcoming in a grounding cord coming down from the base of your spine.

Just allow that grounding cord to go into the earth below,

Almost like roots of a tree,

Just going down,

Down,

Down the earth,

All the way down through the plates of the earth until that grounding cord fastens itself,

Just plugs right in to the center of the earth,

Almost as if you are plugging in to mother earth herself and feeling that deep sense of groundedness,

That sense of being right here,

Right now,

Present with yourself,

With mother earth,

With your inner wisdom and your soul,

And just resting there for a moment.

From this sense of groundedness,

Let's go on an appreciation adventure,

Filling yourself up with appreciation and thankfulness for who you are and for all of the beautiful,

Wonderful things that are here and present here and now in your life.

So starting with your body,

Starting with the very tips of your toes,

Just give your toes some gratitude.

Send them gratitude and just allow yourself as you focus on those toes to send your toes some love and gratitude and find a color of light that you're filling your toes with.

Just notice what color you chose and fill your toes with gratitude.

Maybe wiggle them a little bit.

Oh,

Thank you,

Toes.

And then filling your entire feet,

Both of your feet with gratitude,

Up to your ankles.

Thank you,

Ankles,

And your calves and your shins and your knees.

Thank you,

Knees.

Thank you for bending.

Thank you for having flexibility.

Going up your thighs.

Oh,

Thighs,

I love you.

I love you,

Thighs.

I appreciate you.

Thank you for your strength.

Thank you for all that you do in my life.

Going up to your hips,

Saying to your hips,

Hello,

Hips.

I love you.

Maybe even opening them a little bit,

Showering them with that gratitude and that love,

Showering them in your gratitude light.

Going up to your stomach,

Letting your stomach really hang out,

Saying thank you,

Stomach,

And your spine,

Going up each and every vertebrae of your spine,

Allowing it to relax,

Feeling gratitude for that spine of yours.

On up your chest.

Thank you,

Chest,

To your shoulders,

Bathing your shoulders in that light of gratitude,

Letting them come down and relax a little bit.

Thank you,

Shoulders.

I appreciate you.

Allowing them to relax and release any burdens that your shoulders have been carrying.

Down your arms,

Your biceps,

And your triceps,

And your elbows,

Your forearms,

All the way to the tips of your fingers and your hands.

We use them so often for typing and bringing our work into the world,

Just thanking your fingers,

Showing them appreciation and showering them in your appreciation light.

Going up your neck,

Maybe even rolling your head a little bit.

Yes.

Thank you,

Neck.

Letting your neck release,

Thanking it for all that it does in your life,

Holding up your beautiful brain in your head.

Oh,

Neck.

Showing you some gratitude and flooding in that beautiful light,

That love light,

That gratitude light.

Allowing your jaw to release and your tongue to relax.

Taking a breath,

Getting some appreciation and gratitude.

Going all the way up to the top of your head and your forehead,

Just letting your temples relax.

There's little tiny muscles around your eyes,

Sending them love and gratitude until your entire body is encapsulated in this beautiful glow of gratitude.

Even if you have any health conditions that you're ready to release,

Just thanking all of those parts of your body that are working perfectly.

Your heart pumping blood to all of the different parts of your body,

Your feet,

Your hands,

Just sending extra love and gratitude for parts of your body that may need to be healed right now.

Just noticing no matter what's going on in your body,

No matter what health conditions or challenges you may be facing,

That there are so many more parts of your body that are healthy in this moment and that are working well.

Amping up your gratitude for those spaces in your body and those functions that are working beautifully will only help and serve the other parts of your body for healing.

Feeling encapsulated in this gratitude glow and this appreciation light.

Taking a deep breath in for that gratitude.

Good.

Just feeling gratitude now for something that you are ready to appreciate about who you are,

Quality that you give to the world.

Maybe it's your kindness or your positive energy.

Maybe it's the way that you really serve others or it's what a great mom you are,

What a great auntie you are.

Maybe you appreciate about yourself what a good friend you are.

Just allow your mind,

Your body,

Your soul to really appreciate who you are and how you show up in the world,

Really giving yourself appreciation and acknowledgement for who you're being in the world on a daily basis.

Allow your inner wisdom to shower you with some self-appreciation now.

Breathing that in.

Excellent.

Now that you are filled up with appreciation for your body and for how you show up in the world,

I want you to go ahead and think of a person in your life that you appreciate,

You're so grateful for,

And allow yourself to shower that beautiful human being that you've created in your life,

That you've manifested,

That you've drawn in.

Just shower him or her with your appreciation light.

Just imagining showering that person with appreciation.

There's probably another person you want to appreciate,

So go ahead and welcome them in.

Allow them to stand under a waterfall of appreciation,

Waterfall of that gratitude glow,

Sending them love and sending them light.

Maybe there's another appreciation person,

Another person that you want to welcome in,

Welcome that next person in.

Thank them for being in your life.

Give them a deep bow of gratitude.

Good.

And just allow all of your friends and family now,

Welcome them into that light.

Imagining this beautiful tribe that you have.

You don't need to remember them all individually,

But just view them as a collective and just go ahead and shower them with light and love.

Imagine the hundreds,

The thousands,

The tens of thousands of people that you get to encounter each week,

Each day,

Each month,

Each year.

Just shower them with light saying,

Thank you so much for being here.

Thank you for showing up in my life.

Showering them with gratitude.

Just imagining all of those people in that gratitude glow,

Letting it expand out,

Really recognizing the impact that you are having in the world by just being you.

Good.

Next,

Let's turn our attention to the work that you do in the world,

Whether it's work at home,

Being a stay-at-home mom or stay-at-home dad,

Or it's work that you do through a career that you love,

Or work that you do through service and volunteer work that you do.

Just shower that part of your life with appreciation and gratitude,

Thanking your work,

Saying thank you.

And even if you're in a job right now that doesn't feel like a match to your highest calling,

Thank it for what it does do for you.

Maybe it provides you with stability and income.

Maybe there's incredible lessons that you're learning through that job.

Just thank it.

Growing your gratitude and really pulling out what's working about your work will only make it better.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Good.

Now,

Let's turn our attention to the money and abundance in our life,

Thanking all the abundance that's there,

Thanking the bank account balance,

Even if it's lower than you'd like.

Just thank what is there,

Even if it's only a dollar,

Saying thank you,

Abundance,

And going ahead and imagining even more abundance coming in,

Thanking every time you write a check or pay a bill online or hand over cash,

Just giving gratitude that you have that,

That you have that in your life,

That you can pay for the food that's in your cabinets,

The investments that you're making,

Just being grateful for what you have in this moment right here and right now.

Thank you,

Money,

For showing up in my life,

Thanking yourself for creating that money.

Thank you.

Good.

Now,

Focusing on the place where you live,

Even if you're staying on a friend's couch,

There's a roof over your head,

Just going ahead and thanking your environment,

Your physical environment.

Thank you,

House.

Thank you,

Apartment.

Thank you,

Friend's apartment.

Thank you,

Car.

Whatever version of home looks like for you,

Just sending a gratitude,

Saying thank you so much,

Thanking your physical environment and thanking nature,

Going outside your home,

Thanking the trees,

Thanking the wind,

Thanking the stars,

Thanking the sun,

Thanking the moon.

You have so much to be grateful for and just sending it blessings and gratitude.

Good.

Next,

Going ahead and thinking of a challenge,

Maybe a big fat lie that's been showing up in your life and going ahead and thanking the challenges,

Thanking them,

Saying thank you for the lessons that you're providing me and really changing your perspective about any challenges,

Whether it's in a relationship or money or career,

Something with your body,

Just welcoming in those challenges into your gratitude glow and saying thank you so much.

I thank you and I honor you and I trust that you're showing up for my highest good and the good for all concerned.

Thank you for the lessons,

Really allowing yourself to shower those challenges with love.

It's almost like welcoming in those challenges and saying,

Well,

Let me love you.

Let me love you.

As you give gratitude for the lessons and see the higher purpose,

You will watch those challenges dissolve.

Now just asking your inner wisdom,

Is there any other thing,

Place,

Part of my life that could use some gratitude right now?

Just welcoming in,

Welcoming in those areas and allowing yourself to shower that area,

That person,

That thing with gratitude.

Great.

As we wrap up our gratitude meditation here,

Just want you to welcome in one desire that you have,

A vision that you have for the future,

Your deepest desire.

Maybe it's around love or a soulmate,

Around creating more money in your life,

Living your calling,

Welcoming in another baby,

Whatever it is for you.

I just want you to,

Just for a moment,

Act as if that thing is already here and say out loud if you can,

I am so grateful that blank has arrived.

Just imagine,

Fill in the blank with that deepest desire that you have and just allow yourself to imagine that it's already here.

Give gratitude as if it's already here.

Welcoming and affirming to the universe,

I am available for this to come.

I am so grateful that my soulmate has arrived.

I'm so grateful that I got the job.

I'm so grateful.

Fill in the blank for you.

Good.

And taking another deep breath,

Feeling what gratitude feels like in your body,

Feeling deeply connected.

I'm going to count from three to one,

And when I say the word one,

You're going to feel as if you've had the perfect amount of sleep,

The perfect amount of rest.

Three,

Beginning to become more aware of your surroundings.

Two,

Stretching a little bit,

Wiggling your fingers and your toes.

And one,

Eyes open,

Refreshed and alert.

You may want to take out a journal or piece of paper and just make some notes about what you received from this gratitude meditation today.

Blessings for all of your deepest desires coming true and that you can really live today from a space of gratitude.
