Good evening,
Mama.
It's Amy Ehlers here,
The Wake Up Call Coach and founder of Mama Truth Circle,
And welcome to your evening or just before bed meditation.
So begin by closing your eyes and finding a comfortable position and taking two deep breaths with me here.
Connecting in with your grounding cord,
That cord coming down from the base of your spine.
Allow that cord to connect in through the chair or the bed,
Down through the floor,
Down into the earth and the dirt,
Allowing it to sink deeper and deeper and deeper until it connects in and really wraps itself around the center of the earth.
Notice that groundedness.
I want you to make that grounding cord as wide as your entire body,
Almost as if you're sitting on a tree stump with that tree stump's roots connected in with the center of the earth.
Allow yourself to take any of the stress,
The tension,
The disappointments,
The failures.
Allow yourself to send all of those things down through your grounding cord,
Those feelings,
Those challenges.
Allow them to go down to mother earth so that she can compost it.
She knows just what to do with it.
Just allowing the stress to fade away,
Allowing that grounding cord to absorb it and bring it down to mother earth,
The center of the earth where it can be composted for good.
Now I want you to imagine at the top of your head a blue light of relaxation,
Allowing that blue light of relaxation to come down and begin to ooze down your body,
Down your forehead,
Absorbing any stress,
Any tension that still needs to be absorbed.
Down your jaw,
Releasing your jaw.
Down the back of your neck,
This blue light of relaxation.
It oozes down your shoulders and your arms to the tips of your fingers and down your chest and each and every vertebrae of your back.
Continuing down your hips,
Your thighs,
Your knees,
Your shins and your calves,
All the way to the tips of your toes until you find yourself cocooned in this blue light of relaxation.
Breathing and finding gratitude now as you relax in this cocoon of blue light,
Finding gratitude for your day,
Gratitude for your child or children,
Gratitude for the love in your life,
Gratitude for each and everything that appeared today,
Gratitude for how you showed up in the world.
Finding that blue light cocoon with gratitude.
Good.
Take a moment to acknowledge yourself for who you're being and who you're becoming.
Good.
Acknowledging yourself for what an incredible mom you are.
Find some evidence of that right now.
Allow your inner wisdom to guide that evidence collection.
Good.
Finally closing this meditation by allowing that blue light cocoon to fill with love,
Sending that love to yourself and to the world,
Knowing that you will have a beautiful night's sleep tonight and wake up feeling refreshed and alert.
So allowing yourself to wiggle your fingers and your toes just a little bit,
Stretching just a little bit,
Staying relaxed.
And if you're going to sleep now,
Just allowing yourself to remain with your eyes closed and begin to fall into that sense of sleep.
And if you still have a few things that you're wanting to get done,
Just allowing yourself now to gently open your eyes.
