My name is Sarah.
Thank you for joining this meditation.
We will be using the power of mantra today.
Please go ahead and take a comfortable seat,
Making any necessary adjustments so that your body can rest,
Becoming aware of your breathing.
There's no need to change,
Shift.
Simply becoming aware of the inflow and the outflow and allowing that sense of presence on the breath create a sense of relaxation in the body,
Letting the brow soften,
The eyes,
The hinge of the jaw,
Shoulders,
Link the arms to the palms,
The belly soft with breath,
Relaxing the upper legs,
The lower legs,
And the feet.
The whole body is relaxed,
Receptive,
And available.
The mantra we use today,
You can say this silently or aloud to yourself.
I deserve to thrive.
I deserve to thrive.
I deserve to thrive.
And when we say this powerful statement,
Become aware of how it makes you feel.
We don't need to judge or label even this feeling state,
But just become aware of how this statement makes you feel.
And with the awareness of your body,
Where do you feel sensation in your body when you say this mantra,
I deserve to thrive?
And we pause and lean into the sensations,
Opening,
Relaxing,
Another layer of receptivity.
I deserve to thrive.
And then using our imagination,
What does this look like?
What does thriving look like to you?
Where are you?
Is there an activity you're engaged in?
What is your posture?
What is the expression on your face?
What are you wearing?
Who are you with?
Who is supporting you in your thriving?
And as you take in this vision,
Again,
How do you feel in your body?
Is there a place where the sensation is the most potent?
We take a nice breath into this region,
Let it go,
Let it go.
And allowing that energy to disperse,
That palpable sense of thriving begins to extend through the length of the legs.
It illuminates the torso,
Heart reaches through the length of the arms into the palms,
Through the throat,
Face,
Through the crown of the head.
The whole body is now illuminated with the energy of thriving.
We embody this.
Taking a few breaths,
Nice inhale,
Let it all the way out.
Remaining relaxed,
Again,
Let's take a cleansing breath,
Nice inhale,
Exhale.
One more with a lightness to your being,
Full inhale,
Exhale.
Exhale.
Coming back to the present moment,
A little wiggle to the fingers and the toes,
Bringing one hand to the heart and the other hand on top,
Feeling the tender touch,
The encouragement.
Again,
Saying to yourself,
I deserve to thrive.
I deserve to thrive.
With a gentle smile on your face,
I deserve to thrive.
Let's take a nice breath,
One last time together,
Inhale,
Exhale.
Joining the palms together at the heart,
A humble bow in,
A gentle acknowledgement to the investment of your highest well-being.
