Well,
If we've found a way to be,
Either sitting or lying down.

Maybe that'll do it.
All right,
If we've found a way to be,
Sitting or lying down,
That's really up to you.
And.
.
.
We'll just take about ten minutes or so.
Set our moment apart from everything else that happens.
And for tonight,
We'll just begin with.
.
.
Tuning into wherever it is that we have contact with the floor or the chair.
.
.
Or the floor and the chair.
And.
.
.
In those places to notice the sense of gravity,
Which is really our planet pulling itself and our body together.
This mutual attraction.
And just to allow.
.
.
The awareness to.
.
.
Rest in that experience for just a.
.
.
Little bit longer than our awareness might typically rest in an experience.
And as it does this.
.
.
To really.
.
.
Experience.
.
.
A balancing into that direction.
And this can feel a little bit like a sinking.
.
.
For the heavier part of ourselves.
And it may also possibly.
.
.
Allow a sense of a rising.
.
.
For something that's a little bit lighter within us.
And acknowledging that our awareness has fluctuation and a duration,
Which is natural.
We'll continue to allow this moment to be a little bit special.
Maybe encourage it on for a longer stretch as we begin to bring part of our awareness down to our feet.
And softening.
.
.
Giving way to softness.
And again,
Perhaps that sense of.
.
.
This constant attraction.
.
.
This pull of gravity.
And perhaps that.
.
.
Noticing of our feet can expand to include the ankles and the lower legs.
And perhaps here,
In that giving away to gravity.
.
.
There can be a releasing of the hips as well.
Allowing the legs and feet,
Their moment,
To bring part of the awareness into the hands.
And again,
Here to notice the weight of the hands.
.
.
As they rest.
And perhaps again,
Surrendering to that weight.
.
.
Fully softening.
.
.
As best we might allow in this unique moment.
Letting that.
.
.
Let that expand,
Perhaps even to include the wrists and the forearms to the elbows.
And once again,
Returning.
.
.
Back to that awareness of the weight and the gravity in the planet.
.
.
Including the upper arms and the shoulders.
Sometimes as your field of awareness increases,
It might not be such a noticeable shift.
.
.
As one might have with the smaller windows like just the hands.
Perhaps just a little bit to try and include all of the shoulders and arms and hands.
Letting that soften and sink into the weight.
Into that pool which is really always calling us.
It's part of the planet's job.
It never stops.
And just being in the presence of that.
And coming back in particular.
.
.
To this place at the top of the legs,
The hip joints.
.
.
Perhaps recalling the legs and feet.
But also including in particular this place of the shoulders.
.
.
And these muscles which connect our shoulders to the top of our torso.
Both around the back and around the front.
Between these places is our torso.
This really remarkable,
Very flexible.
.
.
Ever-cycling breathing.
.
.
Very remarkable powerhouse of actions.
And to give way,
Let that soften.
Let it have its full range of breathing.
However that might find itself playing out.
Letting it be unique.
Letting it be really true to the moment right now.
Letting it soften.
Letting it exist in this call.
Between what's pulled down and what's allowed to rise.
And truly living fully between those things.
And truly living fully between those things.
