I know you have a lot going on.
I know things have been stressful.
I know things have been busy.
But in this moment,
Be still.
Let the silence take over.
Let the unknown be present.
And as we accept the present moment,
May we all receive a sense of peace.
Do not be afraid of the present.
The past is gone.
The future is not here yet.
In the present moment,
You are safe.
No matter what you are feeling,
You are safe.
Breathe.
Let your breath guide you.
Truly surrender your expectations.
This moment belongs to you.
This moment is a gift from God.
Lift up your hands and say thank you.
As we express gratitude,
We enter into a state of rest,
Calm,
And peace.
Knowing that we are safe and protected.
I am safe.
I am protected.
I am guarded.
I am loved.
Receive God's love in your heart.
Thank you for safety,
God.
Thank you for love.
Thank you for this present moment,
Where it is okay to be still.
We don't need answers.
We appreciate the time we have right now.

Thank you for this stillness.
We welcome rest.
We receive it.
