Hello and welcome to today's meditation where we focus on a state of expectancy expecting the unexpected blessings.
As we sit in this moment I invite you to experience gratitude.
Think of all of the things that went well for you today and if there's something on your mind about the thing that went wrong I want you to remind yourself that situation could be temporary.
As we think about gratitude and we think about the current moment we may be missing an opportunity to understand that some things can just be.
Some things don't have an immediate solution.
It's okay to be in a state of uncertainty to not know when your situation will change.
Maybe having an end date to that problem would help you feel more relaxed.
But when we don't have that we can hold on to hope,
Faith,
And expectancy.
Expectancy doesn't always mean that we are expecting exactly what we hope or pray for.
But expectancy could mean that if something good happens to me today I'm going to receive it.
My heart is open.
I embrace change.
I am deserving of a better situation.
I believe it's happening for me.
What if there's something better than what you've been hoping for?
What if you can expect that even when you ask for something and it's not granted you're expecting something better and greater than that initial ask.
Why?
Because life is full of so many beautiful surprises.
Don't miss it by staying stuck on exactly how something needs to be.
You will find that each gratitude,
Each moment of gratitude brings you closer to a new beginning.
Take a deep breath in and take a deep breath out.
Take a deep breath in and take a deep breath out.
As we keep breathing and keep expecting something good to happen,
We may find that we feel happier,
More content.
It doesn't mean that every day you'll feel that way.
Maybe there will be some moments where you're just discouraged and you're down and you don't know when things will turn around.
That is okay.
Just remind yourself that something good is happening and when that good thing happens for you,
Make sure that you recognize it and be sure to give thanks.
Sending peace,
Love and gratitude your way.
