I'm blessed to be a teacher on Insight Timer.
Today,
I'd love to share with you affirmations that I use to start my day each morning.
So get in a comfortable position,
Lying down or sitting upright.
Relax your body.
You can close your eyes or softly gaze ahead.
Begin to pay attention to your breath as it flows in and out.
And if you'd like to contemplate or repeat these affirmations,
Whatever feels good to you.
I love affirmations because it allows our conscious and subconscious mind to focus on thoughts that are positive and moving us forward.
It inspires feelings within us that cause creation,
New ideas,
And opportunities for us to take steps forward in our life.
So I invite you to settle in as I share these affirmations.
I'm so grateful to be alive.
I love myself.
I'm going to have a great day.
I am open to opportunities.
Today and every day,
I am blessed.
I am full of joy.
I feel calm and at peace.
My life is fulfilling.

Embody them.
Feel the emotion of them.
It's amazing what starting your day with positive affirmations will do.
Stay consistent.

It can really shift not only your mindset but it can shift your life.
