Meditation To Connect With Your Higher Self

With this visualization you will enter a meditative state and will be able to communicate with your Higher Self. This meditation is perfect if you need to make an important decision if you want guidance about your life purpose or just to get general advice and guidance from your Higher Self.

Sit or lie down in a comfortable position. Close your eyes and take a deep breath. Bringing the awareness to the present moment. Breathing more deeply and more slowly. Letting go of any thoughts that might appear. Now we're going to do a breathing pattern. What we are going to inhale for a count of six, Hold for three, Exhale for a count of six and hold for three. Taking a deep breath first. Inhaling and exhaling. And let's start inhaling for one, Two, Three, Four, Five, Six. Holding two, Three, Exhaling two, Three, Four, Five, Six and hold two, Three. Inhaling two, Three, Four, Five, Six. Hold the air two, Three, Exhaling two, Three, Four, Five, Six and hold two, Three. Inhaling again two, Three, Four, Five, Six. Holding two, Three, Exhaling two, Three, Four, Five, Six and hold two, Three. Inhaling two, Three, Four, Five, Six. Holding two, Three, Exhaling two, Three, Four, Five, Six and hold two, Three. Let's do one more, In two, Three, Four, Five, Six. Holding the air two, Three, Exhaling two, Three, Four, Five, Six and hold two, Three. And now letting the breath go back to its natural rhythm, Maybe noticing that your breath is a bit slower and deeper than before. Expanding the belly with each inhalation, Filling up the lungs with air and just keep breathing deeply and slowly throughout the meditation. Now visualize yourself in a beautiful meadow. It's a sunny day, The sky is blue, The grass is green. You start walking and at the distance you see a huge tree. Its branches reach the sky, Its roots go deep into the earth and you approach that tree and merge with it. You're inside the trunk of the tree and let it take you higher and higher and higher until you reach the highest branch. You see a ladder that will take you to the upper world, The place of our becoming, A place where everything is pure white light, Climbing this ladder and reaching this place feeling the tingling energy in your body, Enjoying this field of pure white light. The energy here is of unconditional love, The energy of creation and feel how this pure energy washes away any dirty energy that you might be holding that might be stored in your body. Washing it away like a shower of pure white light cleaning your energy field, Clearing any cords, Attachments, Low vibration energies, Any energies that are not in your highest interest. Visualize it like a shower of white light, Like a torrent of healing energy entering your crown chakra at the top of your head and cleansing and energizing all your chakras, All your energy centers, Your tunnels, Your meridians. Be receptive to this energy and visualize it all going, All the old, All the stagnant or dirty energy all going. Visualize how your energy field is now clean, Clear, Shining bright. Now you see how a light being approaches you. It looks like a crystalline version of yourself. It is your higher self, Your soul, Your essence. And she or he puts over yourself a blanket of light, A bubble of protection, A shield of high frequency white light that will protect you from any negative energies anywhere you go. You can ask your higher self for advice, General advice. Maybe you want to ask about a specific topic, About a specific decision. Or maybe you just want to feel its presence and strengthen the connection with it. Whatever works for you today. Ok. Keep the communication flowing or just enjoy its presence. And now coming back down through the ladder, The branches of the tree, The trunk of the tree, All the way down to the ground. Back to the meadow where you came from. And coming back to the physical body now, Bringing your awareness to the physical body, To the room you are in to this day. Starting to move your fingers and toes slowly, Taking a deep stretch if that feels right for you. And when you are ready you can open your eyes and finish your meditation. Thank you.
