So this prayer is an invitation for your true self to awaken,

To birth through you.

And as we invite your spirit,

Your beautiful potential,

This is also a prayer of remembering who you are.

Deep within you is the truth of who you are,

The knowingness of who you are.

And who you are could never be defined by any language.

Yet as we use our language to connect,

It allows us to have an experience.

And this experience is what awakens more of who you are.

So let's begin with taking a few breaths in and out to settle your energy.

And arriving here,

And just knowing that this intention to arrive here,

This intention to settle your energy,

Is often enough in itself to signal to your body,

To your consciousness that you are creating a sacred space for yourself.

As we begin.

Great Spirit,

As I breathe,

I honour this vessel.

My Spirit,

My consciousness.

In this moment,

I become aware of this moment.

So I may arrive in this moment.

As I breathe,

I become aware of my breath.

I become aware of my life.

I become aware of my existence.

I am living awareness.

I call upon the supreme living awareness that lives through all to be with me,

To move through me,

To bless me with your presence,

And bring awareness into my being.

So I may remember who I am.

As I breathe,

I honour the timelessness within me.

I am the source and the reflection of source.

I am the movement of the stars.

I am the stillness between all moments.

I am the blazing sun.

I am the gentle wind.

I am the creator of universes.

I am the droplet of dew on a leaf.

I am the endless source of wisdom.

I am the everlasting innocence.

Divine Creator,

I rejoice as I remember you,

Living in me,

And me living in you.

As I remember me,

I remember you.

In this sacred moment,

I meet who I am.

I honour who I am.

I celebrate who I am.

I remember who I am.

I honour my presence here on the earth.

This sacred existence called life.

I honour this gift of physical living,

Of emotion and expression,

Of connection and interaction,

Of free will and creation.

I call upon you all knowing this,

To remind me of my true self,

My limitless adventurous self,

My joyful boundless nature,

So I may remember why I have come here,

What I have to offer,

What I wish to experience,

So I may live as fully as I can,

Boldly,

Lovingly,

Courageously,

Innocently,

Joyfully,

Playfully.

So I may drink in each moment,

As if it's my last,

As if it's my first.

So I may glow and grow,

Blossom and flourish,

Learn and experience,

Expand and elevate.

So I may shine and radiate the divine light that is within me.

So I may act as a window for your consciousness to live through,

Experience through,

Enjoy through.

So I may remember who I am and rediscover who I am by exploring who I am.

I call upon the great heavens to shower creation with loving kindness.

And in this moment,

Between moments,

I now all receive this sacred medicine,

To remind them of who they are.

Namaste.
