I Am Strong, Protected, Connected - Prayer

This is an affirmational meditation to establish a sacred field around oneself. Coming from a place of love, this field emanates warmth and compassion, whilst strengthening a presence of spiritual strength, connection and empowerment. This meditation also intentionally anchors a frequency of a reality that is serving at the highest levels. Use this as a way of tuning yourself in for the day or to recenter to an Inner timeless sacred truth.

Namaste,

Taking a deep breath in and a slow exhale as you let go of whatever it was you were doing prior to connecting in this moment,

Bringing your presence here,

Now.

Now,

Another deep breath in all the way down to the tips of your toes and a slow exhale.

You may wish to repeat after me or allow these words to sink in,

Taking you on a journey.

I breathe into my heart and breathe out a field of light representing my unique soul vibration.

I envision this field as complete,

As whole,

A manifestation of my inner purity.

I call in the sacred white light from the higher planes to shimmer down and crystallize around my field,

Creating a field of protection,

Strength,

And compassion.

Taking a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

I call upon sacred truth to shower over me,

To illuminate my ancient knowing,

That all is in divine harmony,

That all emanates from the one source of ultimate love.

I call upon sacred compassion to shower over me,

To illuminate my inner love,

To amplify and expand it from within,

To birth through my field as divine love.

Within my field of crystallized light,

I synchronize and harmonize with the reality that serves my highest good,

Highest joy,

And highest grace.

I emanate this frequency outwardly and match the reality that supports this vibration.

Here I magnetize and attract experiences that match and serve this frequency.

I emanate this field from a place of compassion,

Unified love,

And unconditional acceptance.

I emanate love,

Strength,

Empowerment.

I feel this flowing from within and radiating from my field,

Blessing others who I encounter with love,

Strength,

And empowerment.

I call in divine light and compassion to enter my space and surround me,

To amplify the vibration of what I wish to embody.

I am connected.

I am empowered.

I am strong.

I am heart-centered.

I am limitless potential.

I am possibility.

I am the wonder.

The wonder is me.
