Whenever we step into something new.
Something shifts within us.
Often immediately.
Disappointment may arrive.
Perhaps it's the expectations.
The bubble we create.
The grass is always greener until we're standing upon it.
Then we're faced with reality.
Yet,
There's something deeper than this.
Because it can happen in any endeavour.
It's a natural human condition.
When we move out of the familiar.
And enter the unfamiliar.
The parts within us that were comfortable.
In other words,
Carefully boxed away.
Become free.
This can be a deeply uncomfortable experience.
Because all of the shadow parts of ourselves we have suppressed are suddenly loose.
The external unfamiliar.
Freeze the unfamiliar within.
And this is the heart of spiritual healing.
In a while.
Transmissions.
ShadowWatch.
They all do the same thing.
Make conscious what was unconscious.
This is the unfamiliar becoming familiar.
This can happen in a new relationship.
A new career.
And you anything.
And it often leads to an immediate pullback.
Especially for spiritually oriented people.
Because we are primed to believe everything should be perfectly aligned.
And this isn't about letting go of the search.
Were often told to stop seeking.
Yet to seek is to be human.
Trying to let go of seeking.
Can become a performance in itself.
For me,
It's about embracing it.
Knowing I'm seeking.
And knowing the seeking is the initiation.
Each move is a step into the unfamiliar.
Make him more of your sin.
Which over time settles you.
If you are willing to see more of you.
Each step is towards the one place that matters most.
To move within.
The place we call home.
Paradoxically,
The search is also what wakes up your awareness.
Once you see what it's doing.
You can see consciously.
By challenging yourself to grow.
When you move into new experiences.
Here you remember.
That I won't immediately feel.
Amazing.
Or liberating.
Perhaps that's not the point of these new experiences.
Perhaps it is to challenge you into the unfamiliar.
Some more of you have seen.
By you.
Which in turn liberates you.
And settles you.
This is an incredible act of love.
To call the parts of you.
Inviting,
Welcoming them to be seen by you.
To attend to you.
To be bathed by your loving presence.
By the light of your consciousness.
This is integration.
And this is what leads to a feeling of peace,
A feeling of home.
You become more at peace with yourself.
When enough of what is unfamiliar becomes familiar.
It doesn't need to be all of you.
It just needs to be enough to tip the scales to feel settled.
Many of us have had these moments of feeling settled.
The thing is,
Most of us don't stay for it.
Because our consciousness is focused upon many threads.
We so often hold these imaginary threads of thought.
To people.
Places,
Ideas.
Think about it.
You may have a major desire to go live in another land.
See my research at Explore it.
Fantasize about it.
And you have a desire to evolve or change your work.
And you may also have a desire to meet others.
So you explore different avenues to do this.
Now on the surface,
This may seem like three streams.
Yet there are many variations within them.
For example,
Your desire to go live in another town is paired with conflicting ideas.
About yet another place.
And even another place.
Which one?
You may begin exploring and comparing.
The same with your career.
The same with your hobbies or people in your life.
There is absolutely nothing wrong with imaginative exploration.
In fact,
This is how we understand what we want.
The keys when we become a kind of human octopus.
And begin to fragment.
This division of energy leads to depletion.
And we may often put that down to mental fatigue,
Which,
Of course,
It's a real thing.
The strain of trying to work things out.
Which is the right one.
The most aligned one,
The correct one.
Invite a commis.
But the depletion is also energetic.
All of these streams are powered by your consciousness.
Each one is fueled by your energy.
And each one captures what you want.
What you think you want.
What you are conflicted by.
What you are wondering about.
Let alone the fears and doubts we naturally have.
Each of those streams fuels your consciousness.
To explore these specific timelines.
We often talk about beginnings.
Manifesting and calling in the new.
If endings are just as important.
I've actually found that through endings I've understood far more about myself.
Conscious closure is a practice of deliberately,
Consciously closing pathways and timelines.
So that your energy,
Attention,
And resources can gather in the one place that always matters.
The future is born from here.
If you seek a more aligned reality.
That too is born from here.
Closing threads isn't about giving up on the search.
And gathers it.
It honors your energy and your time.
It starts with noticing where your energy is actually going.
You can close the thread simply through intention.
And by you listening to this.
Is activating the process.
It happens through your awareness.
As you recognise where your energy is being spent.
And gently drawing it back inwards.
Or towards the one thing that feels more alive for you.
You can still want things.
Closing isn't about wanting less.
It's about 1-2 from here with more of you.
More of you returning to you.
It's more of you returning home.
That's why closing can feel like coming home.
Part of our journey is learning how to anchor our consciousness here.
While having a multidimensional journey.
Rather than being split across a multitude of journeys.
Here we awaken to the riches all around us.
And as you call the unfamiliar home.
You are returning more of you.
Back into you.
As you embrace more of the unfamiliar.
More of these settles.
And more peace awakens from within.
Welcome home.
Blessings on your journey.
Namaste.
