Before the noise,
Before the rush,
There's a brief window where you get to choose how you show up.
This challenge is about being intentional with that time.

Welcome to this morning practice.
My name is Vas Sriharan and I hope to provide you with a brief yet transformative experience to support your awakening.
Affirmations are powerful practices as they are intentional statements.
When we use affirmations we are essentially reprogramming our subconscious with higher beliefs that fundamentally change the way we see reality.
Let us begin.
Begin by taking your awareness to your breath.
Deep breath in,
Slow breath out.
Inhale,
Filling your lungs with prana,
Life force.
Exhale,
Letting go,
Unwinding.
Each breath sinking into your being,
Here,
Now.
Feel free to repeat after me or allow these affirmative words to swim through your being.
Great mystery.
As I breathe,
I honor your presence in my breath.
In this moment,
I honor this moment.
As I invite my presence into the present,
I invite the great fountain of purified light to shower over me with sacred,
Loving presence.
As I breathe in,
I breathe sacred,
Pure light into my being.
As I breathe out,
I release what is ready to leave.
I call upon this everlasting light to illuminate within me the knowingness that all is in divine harmony.
I breathe this healing light to infuse within my cells,
To radiate from within me,
Rejuvenating me for this new day.
In this moment,
I choose a heart-centered reality,
One in alignment with higher will.
I ask to be guided towards experiences that serve me,
Elevate me,
Align me with a higher way of being.
I am open and receptive to miracles.
I am open and receptive to guidance.
I ask the great mystery to teach me how to trust in myself,
In life,
In remembering who I truly am.
I say to my reality,
Thank you.
Thank you for showing me more of me,
So I may remember more of me.
As I breathe in,
I invite loving presence into my being.
As I breathe out,
I radiate loving presence out into my life.
